Michael gave me a very reasonable price. The team that hooked me up to the town sewer system was great. Very polite, professional, answered all of my questions. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They make every effort to make sure everything is put back the way they found it from the special hangers on my yard fence to the plastic borders around my rock garden.

We had to have our sewer line replaced after having had several issues over the last couple of years. We have SafetyValve coverage, and they put us in touch with Michael Perri. So glad they did!
They were responsive, and right on time, and did an amazing job of not only replacing the sewer line but also putting down loam and reseeding the excavated area.
We would HIGHLY recommend them!

We had a full septic last night backing up into the house. Called after 10pm for an emergency pump, Susan on the phone was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Within a short time she had someone out here to pump our tank. Kevin was great, good attitude and got the job done despite the cold and late time at night. Thankful they were able to come out so late and so quickly!

I have used Michael Perri and Sons for many years. They have always been on time, done the work in a timely manner and have always acted with professionalism and courtesy.
In the office is their “secret weapon” - their office manager Sue. She is the person who answers the phone and your experience with the company begins with a bright and cheerful greeting. She has always been helpful and dispatches the crew as soon as your call comes in. Ever time I have gone into the office I have been greeted by name and she is always friendly and cheerful. A great experience all around. I give them 5 stars

Totally satisfied. Mike gave me a quote on removing a 60 year old cesspool and installing a modern septic system. His price was substantially lower than all of the quotes that I received. He stuck to the timeline and the quoted estimate. His crew came in and did the job with no interuptions to our plumbing. The guys were very polite and professional. My yard was returned to normal and everything looks great. There is a lot less stress in my house now. If you are considering putting in a new system I would call Mike Perri now. It will probably save you a boatload of money.
