If I could give a zero star I would. No customer service and ownership for their mistakes. Installed a new septic system. Vent not placed in correct location-won’t correct, left work garbage behind, moved rock around didn’t clean up, did not level yard and loam is less then subpar. While doing work broke sprinkler heads and cut lines. Won’t repair or reimburse for repairs. It is completely obvious it was from their work. Won’t return calls or respond. Did the subpar job, took the money and nothing more. I don’t recommend them and would never use their service ever again!

This is a company that will call you back, show up when they say they will, and get the job done quickly and at a great price. They take great pride in their work and try to leave your property as clean as possible (after digging down 8ft to replace a broken sewer pipe!!). I cannot say enough positive things about Durand. They are friendly, professional, and very good at what they do. Thank you for a job well done!

Jayson and his crew completed our new septic system this morning. He followed thru on his commitments from showing up to quote through grading and clean up. He was creative in responding to our concerns and put up with me frequently checking on the project. I have already recommended him to a neighbor.

Great experience! Jay accommodated my early morning schedule for meetings, he is efficient in coordinating material deliveries and DEM inspections. Quote was affordable and also included fence replacement and seeding the yard after septic installation. Plan on utilizing this company again for future home purchases.
