It is never a good thing to wake up in the morning and find the furnace not working. And it always seems to happen on a 10° day. That was is this morning. Called Adema this morning, had a tech there by 11, had it fixed by 1, including leaving to fetch a part he didn’t have on his truck. Very pleased, great tech (Jeff), great service. Highly recommend Adema for print, efficient service! Thank you, Adema!

Had a new furnace installed today at our home. Rob and his partner did an amazing job. Very knowledgeable, very friendly. I recommend this company to anyone that needs furnace or AC work. They even offered to sweep the mess they made and took the time to explain how the thermostat works. They get our approval with 5 stars!

A very professional and courteous team installed my AC and new furnace yesterday! I couldn’t be happier! Bill and Chris were so kind and informative and answered all our concerns and questions! We’ve lived in this house for 30 years with NO ac... so this was a big deal for us. Bill and Chris did a wonderful job in spite of the oppressive heat and humidity! Adema installed our new furnace about 8 years ago. They were top notch throughout that process. Professional and pleasant. Recently, there was a glitch with part of the new furnace's circuit board. Adema was even more professional and pleasant now than they were back when they installed it. They were incredibly helpful on the phone. They sent out a tech, Andy, who was one of the most kind, professional, helpful people I've ever let into my home. He tried everything possible to diagnose the issue and be sure the problem wasn't a simple, inexpensive issue. After ruling everything out, it came down

I was having water pressure issues with the boiler for our radiant floor heating and Jeff from Adema very thoroughly explained how to prevent water pressure issues in the future, discovered a faulty switch and walked me through how to provide my own maintenance on the boiler. Every experience I've had with Adema has been professional, competent and very satisfying. They do very nice work.

This is, by far, the best company for heating and cooling I have ever worked with in almost 40 years of home ownership.
Kyle Adema, the owner in this multi-generational business, its a pleasure to deal with. Creative, patient, knowledgeable, and he shows up on time for appointments.
The heating service person and two split system air-conditioner installers were beyond awesome. All had excellent attitudes, incredible competency, and respect for my home.
The work all three did was impeccable. In 35 years of living here this was the first winter when my boiler had no issues.

Charged me close to $200 for a simple 30 min service call to remove a bird from my FHA furnace. No special parts. Called to complain and said tech was there over an hour and they needed to charge a $99 service fee and $68 for the labor. Tenant said they were there no more than 30 min. There's better service out there where they don't take advantage of clients who can't be there.

My furnace pilot light was out. I could light the pilot, but It wouldn't stay on. I knew it was the thermocouple. Not my first rodeo. Gas valve and controller was new. I called a lot of places that had different trip charges and were generally secretive about job prices. Jameson came, they wanted a whopping $358 for a thermocouple install. I sent him away and didn't pay the $39 trip charge, I already told them what was broken. tmark wanted $218 installed, more up front in speaking, but still too much. I called Adema and the woman on the phone quoted $89 trip and $70 for the install

Pros: came out promptly and fixed my air conditioning. Cons: My reason for giving them two stars is that they charged me over $100 more than the quote they gave me (without tax), and the quote was not presented as an estimate. I called once I got the bill and asked why I was being charged a much different amount (I consider this a pretty significant amount), and they dismissed my concern by mentioning that the technician must have just forgotten to add service charges to the final bill without even apologizing for the error. Lesson learned -if you are going to use them, make sure you get
