Excellent same day service. The problem with the furnace was diagnosed quickly. Dave was able to restart the furnace and set it to work for several days until the part came to the supply center. The day the part arrived Dave and one of his guys installed it. The furnace now works and sounds like new. Due the the fact Domes installed the furnace and it was still under warranty there was no service charge for either visit to the home. My heat went out on a freezing Saturday morning, and the company that came out was going to charge me over $700 for a new inducer motor that they couldn't even guarantee they'd have in stock by Monday. On a tip from a friend, I called Mark from Dome on Sunday, and he called around until he found the right part, drove to Tonawanda at 7AM Monday morning to pick it up, and had my heat in Clarence running by 8:15AM. The most amazing part? The total was $300. That's less than half the price the other company was charging! Had he had the part on his truck, he said he would have come on Sunday to install

It is not often at our age that we are left completely speechless in a good way with a customer service experience. We had 2 new furnaces installed 9 years ago by Domes. One of them was just not right and we have had a few service calls and parts replaced which is unusual for a brand new furnace. They came out Thursday because it wasn't running again. Mark looked and it and said it needed to be replaced. Dave called the next day and said he would get back to me (even though he just had surgery the day before). He called back Saturday and said they would be replacing the furnace no charge

Thank you Dave! You saved my mom, me, and my 3 very large Irish wolfhounds from sweltering heat when my old A/C quit during humid 90 degree weather. Within 24 hours, I had a new A/C installed and running. Dave is professional, honest, and efficient. I am so grateful. Very good price. My previous heating and cooling guy retired and moved to NC 3 years ago. I knew at some point I would need a new company to provide service. Had an appointment for 9-10am this morning. No call, no show. Called and left a message at 10:13. Got a call back a few minutes later saying they were running late. I said ok only to have Dave say to go find someone else and hung up. Company was recommended to me by others. Guess I need to find a more reliable and customer friendly company. Would not recommend.

It's been nearly a year since Domes Heating installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. We have used Domes heating for over 30 years and highly recommend them. They were called last Friday when our furnace went off and were out within the hour! Unfortunately after searching for parts, our 27 yr old furnace was not worth repairing, new one not much more than parts would have been and a lot safer and more energy efficient. They had new furnace installed in 2.5 hrs today and we are warm again! They have also installed our air conditioning and furnaces in other houses. We have recommended them to friends and family who are also very happy with their services. They are very dependable

Dave and his team are great to work with -- straight forward, reliable, prompt, courteous. Dave was interested in earning my business, was responsive in communicating with me, and his guys showed up right on time. I called Domes heating after having a terrible experience with a different company for a problem with my tankless hot water system. Not only did they fix it, but I felt like I was their number one priority, which I am sure I was not but I felt like i was. They got here the next day and fixed it first thing in the morning. They also charged me what I feel like was a great price, not like the other company that was trying to charge me literally 6 times the amount. I highly recommend Domes. Dave and Brian were two very professional guys. Will definitely use them again in the future.

I'm a 74 yr old widow and I called Domes Heating because they could be at my house the fastest and I had no heat.
Mr Domes showed up at my home and was very unprofessional in the way he conducted himself including smoking in my basement. Later as he was checking the radiators throughout my home I noticed Mr Domes take something off of one of my dressers. After he had left I went back to check on my grandmothers heirloom wedding ring which was located on the dresser and sure enough it had been taken.
