I was on the fence about purchasing a generac, then I met with Bill. This guy was so professional and educated on my existing electrical components, he was able to propose a solution that met my demands, answer all my questions, I mean the skills this guy has is unbelievable. Not only did I buy the generator and everything else he suggested, I wanted to, just give him money because he's so awesome! Bill is....The best!

Z&R performed a Generac natural gas-fired backup generator. This was a relatively complex project that involved different personnel to handle gas and electric issues. Z&R also pointed me in the right direction for National Fuel's involvement (installation of a larger meter). The workers answered all my questions throughout the installation and gave a solid demonstration of how all the new equipment interacted with my existing electrical system.

Your crew was very professional and helpful. They were prompt and explained the process fully. They accommodated all of my requests. They made the the purchase and installation process a pleasant experience. Financing was an easy to arrange. This is by far the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. Spent over 10k and was a loyal customer. But to many unprofessional mistakes and fraudulent service. Ben was fired for not doing our duct cleaning properly. He only blew air through system, when I asked why it looks exactly the same he said he could reach in and clean ducts but… that would be extra. Also, had our brand new AC and Furnace both installed by Zenner & Ritter within a few years apart, had tuneup done annually so start of cold temps I would be good. First time fired up furnace never turned on. Jim came out
