Michael at Advanced Spa Service was quick to respond, courteous and professional. Due to crossed paths, I just missed him when he stopped by and rather than reschedule he walked around back and took a look - some people may find offense at this but I appreciated that he valued my time and his and didn't waste the trip. A follow up call wherein he walked me through diagnosing the issue and the spa was back up and running. I get the sense he probably wasn't even going to invoice me but I did ask him to because, in my opinion, supporting

Advanced Spa promptly returned our service call. Many other companies never even returned our calls and some couldn’t even schedule service until several weeks. (Mike) scheduled us for service within 48 hours. The service technician (Bob) arrived promptly and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Bob repaired our spa and also gave much helpful advice for care and maintenance going forward. I cannot thank them enough for their expert assistance and would highly recommend them for any spa related services.

We had Technician Chris come out. He was awesome ! It was a quick fix that neither me or my girlfriend knew how. He could’ve left but he stayed the remainder of his time. Helped check the electrical work, gave the jetted tub some maintenance. Hard to find people like that these days. Very happy!
