Over time, the grout between tiles will erode from weather and pool chemicals. This is a normal, and just like oil changes in your car, you will need tile repair. Normally we can re-grout pool tiles or if necessary we will completly replace the tile on your pool. The grout wears thin, allowing water to seep behind the tile.
Before you make the final purchase of your whirlpool tub (jetted tub) be sure you ask (and answer) the following questions. And remember, if you already have a whirlpool tub and it needs repair, give us a call. Without the costs of the heater, your hot tub will only cost pennies a day. So when the temperature rises, use your valuable investment and enjoy your spa as a cool-down soak.
Heating your pool keeps it available to your family and friends early in the season and a bit longer in the fall. Swimming Pool and Spa heaters are the most complicated piece of equipment. The device is a number of moving parts with gas or electricity as the heat source. Treat it as you would a home heating system with regular maintenance and checkups.

Jonathon sent 2 coworkers to give an estimate on our hot tub. Upon leaving, the coworkers had broken the door of the engine, disconnected the wires of the hot tub, and left the back door of the hot tub unscrewed. When I confronted him about those issues, he replied with 'we have never been to your house'. I have a plethora of voicemails stating otherwise.

I had used this company for about two years with various results. Each time was for my hot tub (which is older so I knew it would need work from time to time). Each time went pretty good, but communication was usually slow and I didn't always know when they were coming out so I could have someone there. The last time was to fix an overheating issue. I called for help in early June.. I was told they were backed up with pool fixes and it would be a couple of weeks (understandable). After a couple of weeks I heard nothing and needed to call back when I wast told they were still backed up and spas

Jonathan the owner will rip you off and ruin your pool. He is a sweet talker. I used him for 1 year. He opened my pool and lost most of my parts of the pool. When he closed my pool he made me pay for the parts he lost. Not only that but he ruined my vinyl bed liner on my pool and now I am losing water. I had the pool repaired at $3000 cost from another company due to him running my pool. Please do yourself a favor call another company, he will not only rip you off but he will ruin your pool or spa. after I confronted him about the damages he said oh well get another company to fix it.
