Today Jason and Karl used their mad skills to deliver our CalSpas swim spa. They make it look easy. They got that spa down the tiny private road to our driveway, backed it through the one open spot in our fence, across the yard and threaded it through the end of the barn where it will keep us entertained. They showed up on time, and were super efficient with setup. Hubby scheduled delivery between two meetings and was thrilled they could accommodate this. Polished and professional and we couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to finishing up here so we can fill that thing, have our walk through

Purchased a hot tub from Hot Tub Discounts, and after delays beyond their control we finally received it. They even agreed to store the tub for a month while our deck was finished! Delivery was flawless and Karl spent an hour with me to explain how to operate and maintain the tub. He's very knowledgeable and provides confidence that their service goes beyond the sale. Great company to do business with, friendly and helpful staff!

We purchased the Aurora model made by Viking. This is our first tub and it was purchased for pain relief. The entire process from sales to installation to follow up was top notch. Everyone along the way was helpful and polite. The sales process was ZERO pressure and the tub itself is exactly what we had envisioned. The cost to run it so far is far less than anticipated and our overall satisfaction level is 5/5. I’d highly recommend giving these guys a chance to be your hot tub sales and service provider. Lastly, this tub was about 40% less than other models we looked at with similar features

We highly recommend purchasing your hot tub from hot tub discounts. We searched for a whole year before deciding to buy our hot tub. Hot Tub Discounts had the best selection the best quality, the best warranty and the best customer service. Karl from customer service personally came out to our home to show us how to use our new tub the day it was delivered. He came back out again a few weeks later after we had a chance to try it out and reviewed everything with us again. Karl has been amazing to deal with. My wife Chrystal and I purchased a hot and have been nothing but satisfied. We have had a couple of factory issues but Karl has come to fix our issues. Not only is he efficient but he has educated us on maintenance and overall care of our hot tub. He is also respectful, kind and outgoing. I recommend using this company.

VERY impressed with Hot Tub Discounts!!! My 10 year old Sundance Spa, died and sat idle for a year. I called to see if they would even service a spa that they didn't sell, and got an apt. with in a week! Karl and Robert arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, quickly diagnosed the problems and even had all of the right parts on hand, including a jet pump! Fast efficient and friendly, they patiently answered all of my questions and got my old spa up and running in no time. Great job, great guys, great company!!!

Karl very thorough and accommodating! Would have done the repairs needed to our previous spa. But seeing we are empty nesters, Karl suggested for us to look into a new spa due to the cost of fixing our current spa would cost about the same! We took a ride and decided to look at the newer spas. Karl was right! We purchased a new one! Thank you Karl! YOUR THE BEST!!!

Waited patiently for our hot tub…WELL WORTH THE WAIT. Delivery went smooth..and Rob walked us through the tub with an extremely thorough question and answering session.. He was awesome.. Have a little wait again till our electrician comes home from his vacation to hook us up,then look forward to using our beautiful new tub and having a wet visit from Hot Tub discounts…😁😁👍 as my husband says..Happy wife, Happy life .😂😂

Great job by Jonathan who within a short time had diagnosed the problem with my aging hot tub and assured me that he would have it totally functional before he left.
He was fully prepared with all the necessary tools and parts needed. Within 30 minutes he had completed the work and was setting up the controls.
Jonathan not only fixed the problem but explained what he was doing as he went along. He also advised on future work that may become necessary.
I will most certainly call on the people at Hot Tub Discounts in the future for any problems that I might have with my hot tub.

Went in there this past fall to inquire about parts for my jacuzzi and initially was greeted professionally by their counter guy, who was eager to help in which i appreciated greatly. He referenced some of my parts to one of the owners i believe, for immediate answers to questions regarding parts that had to be researched for applicability as well as stock. After being told that i would receive an answer within a week to ten days about availability and time frame of products possible arrival, week(s) went by so i decided to call and contact him to possibly get an ETA on products and or info

Purchased a hot tub from Hot Tub Discounts in May. Delivery and removal of my existing hot tub went smoothly, however when attempting to in-service the hot tub it was discovered that my old electrical connection needed to be updated as the new hot tub required some update to the wiring. Their service was stellar. It took several trips to my house to get everything working properly and they were extremely responsive. We received a fantastic product, a VacuSeal spa cover and opener, from this company, run by the unique product's inventor, Andy Tournas. Jason installed and painstakingly adjusted settings on the hydraulic assists to try to allow me to open and close the huge cover. Now at least I can CLOSE our swim spa by myself after my dear husband has opened it. There were several blips in communication with the order, causing a significant delay, so they lost one star. They did reach out to apologize and correct the matter. I cannot speak to how long the product will last as we have only had it a few

I recently made a purchase of a Vision Lift Hydraulic Spa Cover Lifter from Amazon. When the box arrived it appeared to have been opened, but I inspected the parts and there was no apparent damage, or missing parts. Hot Tub Discounts was the seller, however, Amazon ships from their own warehouse, so Amazon was the culprit in this transaction.
As it turned out, I found when doing the install, the wrong hydraulic pressure pistons were sent, hence the 'opened box'. I could have easily just returned the entire box to Amazon, but I chose to save everyone a lot of hassle, I just contacted Kyle

We purchased a hot tub from this wonderful company back in December 2017. From the moment I called them to the moment I am writing this, we have been thrilled with the hot tub. It has all the features we were hoping for with even a few more that we didn't even know existed. The team at the store was kind and helpful, didn't try to upsell me and didn't make any promises they could not keep.
