I have bought several patio pieces here and am thoroughly pleased. Great customer service, quality pieces for a great price and tons of sunbrella fabric to chose from. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We worked with Carol getting our patio furniture recovered and I must say what a great experience. We are very happy with the outcome and the workmanship! Carol stepped us through the different fabric selection and warranty that came with each fabric to help us get the best product for our needs. We are thrilled with the quality of the fabric and the final outcome of our furniture. We will be recommending Patio Star AZ to all our friends and family!

We drove over thirty miles from the west valley based on the excellent reviews to shop for patio furniture. We were not disappointed. Lots to choose from, good prices and outstanding customer service! We appreciate all of Carol’s help and can’t wait for our new set to arrive!

Excellent customer service. Excellent product and they stand behind their products. We bought cushions about 10 years ago and those cushions are like new. We just recently bought new cushions for multiple chairs at our new house. We needed to make a change because the cushions for our rockers were not thick enough. The owner worked with us to find a cushion that worked. We love the fabric and the quality of our cushions. Highly recommended!

Haven't used yet, but looking forward to using. Staff was helpful and friendly. Another customer was picking up his repaired chairs and was extremely happy with the outcome. They quoted about an 8 week turn around.

Our very well made Mallin patio furniture was in need of a do over and we had Patio Starr AZ powder coat and re-sling with new fabric 2 of the chairs to get us started. They did a great job and we are very happy with the results! We just dropped off two more pieces and intend to finish with the rest of our set in the near future. The price is reasonable and much less than purchasing new. Prepare to be patient though as it did take a couple of months to complete--but was well worth the wait.

We bought a beautiful and very comfy patio set from Carol. The whole experience was pleasant and quick with both the sale and delivery.

I would recommend this store to anyone. From the minute I stepped into the store to the minute I left it was nothing but complete satisfaction. The service was top-notch. I chose to have my existing patio furniture re-slung.
Carol went out of her way to make sure she could get the fabric of my choice. She made it happen and that made me happy. They picked up my chairs did the re-slinging in less than two weeks which was less time than promised. Nick did the pick up, and delivery. He was very polite. He was also the one that worked on my furniture and did an amazing job. I couldn't be happier

If Patio Star had a negative rating they certainly deserves. Very poor follow up.

On April 01 I drove 30 miles with a chaise that required a total redo. I was asked to pay up front which was strange. The repair completion was guaranteed for three weeks. Their order blank also included a three week turnaround.

I started to get worried on April 20 since no one provided the status. I left a message on that day and another two days later. No one called back. The day after the expected delivery I drove down to Chandler. The gal behind the counter was very surprised.

Great customer service. They redid our 10 piece patio furniture 3.5 years ago, redoing finish on metal part of tables, ottomans and chairs, the mesh on the chairs and new cushions for chairs as well, along with a new cushion, pillows and awning for wooden swing. Everything was beautiful and still is!

Great staff and service on my sling back chair repair. Just like new! Highly recommend.

We had Patio Star replace the material on our sling back chairs and they did a PERFECT job. The chairs look higher quality than when we bought them new. Thank you Patio Star!!

We furnished our entire backyard here last year. We knew the prices were a bit high but we were excited to support a local business and be able to deal with warranty issues, locally. We notified them two weeks ago of two pieces that are falling apart. After one email response notifying me that it was getting forwarded to a manager, crickets. I have sent follow up emails, and no response.

We just purchased custom cushions for our outdoor patio furniture. We had an awesome experience with Patio Star AZ! They were super friendly and extremely helpful. There were many options to choose from as far as color and texture. I would definitely recommend this business. So happy! Thank you so much Patio Star AZ!

What a great company! They were very helpful when picking out our fabric! We had new cushions made for our table and they look great....would definitely recommend them to very one needing their cushion replaced!

I recently had a glider and a chair redone. They both turned out beautifully. They both were finished ahead of schedule. Everyone there was very helpful, friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Patio Star.

A manager did reach out to me after reading my review. He apologized for my experience and assured me they have an extended warranty for my cushions.

Thank you Patio Star AZ for making my patio furniture beautiful especially when the "other guys" wouldn't! You took that awful red and customized my furniture to these beautiful shades of blue. You even improved the cushions at no extra charge! They are absolutely perfect and I will be back when I'm ready for a matching umbrella!

We have a patio sectional where the original cushions significantly deteriorated over time. The wicker was still in great shape so we decided to to go the route of replacement cushions. The folks at Patio Star AZ were great to work with. Our salesperson was knowledgeable about the different types of fabrics and was patient with us as we considered several different options. Patio Star custom made cushions and throw pillows for us and they came out looking great.
