In 1966, a barn was built to store potatoes bound for the nearby railroad. Fast forward a few decades to 2002, that same barn was transitioned into a home furnishings showroom, known as Potato Barn. Since then, Potato Barn has provided unique home furnishings and one-of-a-kind pieces from around the globe for customers in Arizona, across the US and in Canada.
Potato Barn is a proud supporter of Phoenix Metro community events like Bites and Brews for Brooke, Driving Out Domestic Violence, Swing Fore the Kids, and local school/community fundraisers. Potato Barn was a proud community supporter of Bites and Brews for Brooke, a fundraiser to raise money to offset rising medical costs for a local Cave Creek business owner.

We have bought so much furniture from this place that we should just call our house the Miniature Potato Barn! Beautiful sideboards, gorgeous dining chairs, buttery soft accent chairs, unique and one of a kind cabinets. Love it! We will continue to support our local businesses and the delivery company they use, absolutely customer service driven. Now to find a new headboard and dining table...

I can't help but feel there's a coordinated attack with all the 1 star reviews since they ALL mention masks. Curious, I looked to see other reviews from these 1 star-reviewers, and, they've given 5 star reviews to other businesses while including pictures that show staff and customers are not wearing masks. I love Potato Barn, and wanted to see the hours for today, and was surprised to see low ratings. Reading through them...it just feels off to me, and it's a shame to hold their business to a standard that you don't hold other businesses to. I am happy to see the low ratings have nothing to do

I am leaving a review based on the customer service only as we didn't make a purchase yet.
When we walked into the store we were greeted by a gentleman who was very friendly. He said hi and welcome in. He gave us a few mins before asking if we need anything which I like A LOT. He then showed us a few things based on the info we gave him. He was very informative and knew the products in the store well.
We also had a very kind lady help us as well. She also knew her stuff and was very helpful. She took time to listen to my design ideas and offered great suggestions.

I've absolutely fell in love with this store and its owners. We remodeled a small commercial office and after spending months searching for desks and furniture that looked cheap and were priced very high, we stumbled on a desk that was perfect at Potato Barn. Then we found a 2nd desk we loved, so we bought 7 desks and other pieces that are affordable, look amazing, and our staff enjoys. These 2 really go out their way to help us find what we need. Support local businesses like Potato Barn!

Staff doesn't wear masks. Every single one of them were lounging in the back of the store chatting. Looked annoyed when we got close. No cleaning protocols. Tall mirrors and paintings stacked on tall wobbly furniture. Few patrons wearing masks. Zero social distancing. Just a fantastically unsafe environment.

This stuff is really built to last. Got some leather furniture for my living room 22 years ago and still using it today with very little wear. No holes either. Amazing quality. Will be getting my next set of furniture here as well. Also love that they don't enforce the mask law. Glad to see not everyone is so easily brain washed.

Love this store! There are things here you cannot find anywhere else. I find it it is very original furniture and decorations that just bring a smile to your face. I found that I was saying, "oh, I love this," over and over again. Make sure you have at least two hours to walk through, if you've never been here before.
Staff is very friendly, helpful, and easy to maintain the 6 ft distance. There was a guitarist playing, just enjoying a little play time.

Fantastic experience at this store! Customer service was helpful and let us take our time, we measured almost every sidebar they had and when we asked questions they helped when we wandered they left us alone. It was such a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you! I left this store feeling mentally refreshed! And I also left with a sidebar table & 2 of my favorite candles! Will be back!

I used to love this store and have spent a lot of money here over the years. NEVER AGAIN! To walk into this store when our state ranked highest in the nation for Covid and to not see even ONE employee wearing a mask made me sick. We turned around immediately and left. Almost all customers were wearing masks. Even reported them to the hotline the Gov created only to find out that they haven't issued a single warning.

I was shocked when I went into the store. Not one employee was wearing a mask. Every customer was following the CDC guidelines for wearing masks but not one employee. Every other furniture store I have visited during the pandemic has strict mask rules. Prior to the pandemic I have frequented this business often, however in light of their clear disregard for the safety of our community and their employees I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is the second Potato Barn location I've been to during the COVID outbreak. Not once have I seen any employee wearing a mask. I get that some people are against them but let's be a little considerate of your employees/customers health? Also a very, very small location. Had a total of 3 beds, maybe 4 couches. Unfortunately a waste of time and a potential health risk.

I only give them one star because of COVID-19 when I walked into Potato Barn almost every single worker had no mascon a lot of the consumers walking in walked in with mask but then saw how casual the employees were without mask and decided to remove hers they were not practicing social distancing at all I saw no hand sanitizer I saw no precautions whatsoever with potato barn I'm really disappointed because I wanted to shop longer but having an auto immune disease and knowing the chances of being in a state that has been such a high risk for so long I didn't want to take the chance. Won't be back. No masks and many not following social distancing. I visited with the intention of purchasing furniture for our kitchen and two bedrooms. Left without even exploring, if they can't help keep their customers well...I won't be spending my money there. Friendly, and without the pandemic I'm sure this place is fine.

While driving through the neighboring plaza for lunch I realize that a new location Potato Barn had opened up where The Old World Market store was previous located... and if I want to date myself, was next to the old Ultimate Electronics store that was suppose to be a hit!.
