I typically like to support family owned companies however in this situation i can not provide positive feedback. They remind me of a used car lot! As they sell you the product it’s all great but if you have any problem they will turn on you and treat you disrespectfully. You’re clearly better off at a big box store like Lowe’s, where they stand behind their products, provide customer service, and make sure their customer is happy and satisfied. This was not my experience at All American Patio on Bell Road. They haves 2.4 yelp rating and with all negative reviews, the owner responds by implying

Purchased Summer outdoor furniture after salesperson assured us items were
In stock and would be delivered following week. Contacted store 2
week later after not hearing from store to learn products were not in stock and store could not commit to delivery date. Tried to cancel order base-upon misrepresentation.
Store owner refused, referred me to order form I signed (asked me if I read the order form) and said he’ll see me in court …and I’ll loose.
Buyer beware- this is not a reputable business.
Owner had audacity to question me as
to whether I’m aware of “supply chain” issues

I'm a veteran and since this is veteran owned I thought we would give them a chance. Not impressed. I'm not sure if they are less expensive going after that market, or less expensive products going after the upper market?!?! But they do have some nice products, but it seemed to me they were on the more affordable end, which is fine. Again, I was a bit, and still am, confused at what market you are targeting.

Nice store and responsive staff. However, don't purchase custom pads as they are ridiculously thin and inferior to the same product/price sold by others. The striped pad shown in pic #1 requires a second pad to cushion the hard polywood chaise we purchased at All American.
Pic #2 is from the All American catalogue and similar to showroom pads.
Pic#3 is the same material/pad/price at Home Depot. Another retailer, "The Company Store" offers the same as Home Depot and can be found online.
Requesting a refund/return but we've been told custom orders are not returnable. We'll see and update the review

Jenny was amazing to work with. She was spot on. Guiding me to the perfect selection of outdoor furnishings for our home. Amazing company amazing people. Delivery was within a week of purchase. My husband and I purchased a beautiful patio umbrella at the beginning of September. It delivered 3 weeks later but was missing the cover that had been included in the order. I called two different times about the missing cover and each time was told it would be ordered and sent to us. In addition, someone would call to update us on the status. Never received a call or the cover. So today I decided I would try speaking with the manager, Mitch.
