Doug was timely, fair, and very knowledgeable. He realized I had a very simple problem with one of my toilets, fixed in 2 minutes, and didn't charge me. I will have to replace my other toilet and will definitely use Master Drains. I highly recommend.

Doug Jackson appears to be an honest man. I made an appointment to check on my sprinkler system Anti Backflow Valve. He arrived at my house on time and quickly found that I was not using my air compresser correctly. He schooled me on the correct usage and turned down my offer to pay for his time. I was impressed.

I can't recommend Master Drains & Plumbing enough. We called Doug to investigate and repair a leak in our finished basement. It turned out to be a break in the upstairs kitchen drain line that ran behind the dry wall in the room in question. Doug came out the next day, isolated the leak and had it repaired in less than an hour. He also worked with our insurance company to make sure they understood the situation making our lives a lot easier. Great customer service.

I reached out to multiple plumbing companies to help with my valve replacement issue since it was a semi emergency. Most responded that it would take about a week to come by, but Doug from master drains and plumbing answered the phone from another job site and told me he'd be by the next morning. He arrived and fixed the problem in under an hour and I was off and running. Shouldn't all customer service be like this? Thanks for the great work Doug!

We called Doug because he was local to Ken Caryl and we had a plumbing leak dripping through the drywall ceiling in our basement coming from the kitchen sink / dishwasher. He did a couple of tests and determined the problem was most likely a backup that cleared itself and said he didnt want to just destroy our basement ceiling chasing a ghost. He suggested we call back if it happened again and there was no charge for the trip. The leak happened again a few days later and Doug was able to quickly find the source this time - a hole drilled through the line by speaker cable installers fortunately

Doug fixed my complicated water pressure issues which required a few fixes and adjustments to the plumbing. I can tell he's much more knowledgeable than other plumbers who have failed to fix the issue in recent visits.
I appreciate that he continued to troubleshoot different areas of the house to narrow down the culprit of the issue. He definitely knows what he's talking about and will continue to call him in the future. Very, very happy with his work.

Doug came out on a Sunday morning over Labor day weekend after I discovered my basement carpet was soaked from a leak. He was the only one of five plumbers I called who was willing to come out the same day, and he showed up within 30 minutes. After extensive troubleshooting he found the source on the main floor refrigerator water connection, which was the last thing I would of thought to check. His price would of been very fair even for a normal service call, much less over a holiday weekend. I'd highly recommend him to others.

Doug did an amazing job assisting with several plumbing issues! He was quick to return our call and right on time for each visit. We would highly recommend him and his expertise. He installed a floor sink to accommodate several basement drip lines etc, replaced a water heater and removed an old water softener system. He is truly a master in his trade and extremely nice. Hands down the best plumber we have found in our several moves across the country!

Explained exactly what he needed to do and the final bill was not higher than the estimate. I had an old external hose faucet that was a little leaky replaced with an anti-siphon frost proof one. I waited a couple weeks to do the review, and it still seems to be perfect. I'll definitely use this company again next time I need any plumbing done.

Doug made my day. He returned my inquiry call on same day and came out the very next day. My issue with my disposal was fixed in no time, he showed me what needed to be done and left me with the tool needed to fix it myself if I am careless enough to jam it again. Than Doug said "this ones on the house". By being a kind, honest, professional Doug gained a customer for life. I gained piece of mind, knowing I have a solution before I have a problem!

Doug is absolutely amazing. He saved our family from spending Chrismas without functioning water system. We broke our main shut off valve in an effort to do a "simple" repair and were SOL with two days before Christmas. Doug took my call on a Saturday, and was at my house 20 minutes later fixing our issue. Incredibly professional, very knowledgeable, and just a great guy. He could have easily charged me triple of what he did and it would have been fair as I was without any other options. But he didn't take advantage of me in a situation of desparation, he was more then fair. Doug

I think Doug is fantastic! After trying desperately to get any other plumbers to return a call, show up for an appt-ya know, qualities that customers look for-a neighbor recommended Doug. Doug is responsive, honest and reasonable (and energetic! He replaced a few toilets and I swear he sprinted the stairs while carrying them!) if you want to save yourself a lot of frustration, look ok further than Doug with Master Drains!

Let me start by..."sewer issues" can be complicated.
Jim helped us understand what was going on in our yard.
He proposed a straightforward plan and got to the root of of the problem (no pun intended).
But he got there quickly and reasonably.
