Northco Fire has provided service for all brands of Gas fireplaces/stoves in Northern Colorado since 2000. We have good relationships with many parts suppliers and can pretty much get anything that is still made. There will be a travel charge added to a service call for any address outside of our designated service area (You can view the map here).

Everyone I had the pleasure of working with at Northco Fire were fantastic! The service technician, Brian did a wonderful job on our electric fireplace. The fireplace had not been serviced for years, therefore had an odor and soot build up. Brian was extremely thorough, expressed much knowledge about his career, and was hands down one of the kindest people I've met. Our fireplace is working beautifully and I'll forever use Northco Fire for our fireplace needs. Thanks so much Brian!

Our house was built in 2011 and we have 2 gas fireplaces. We had a functional problem with them and had called a fireplace person who told us the wrong information and actually caused us some toxic symptoms as a result of his advice. After multiple inquiries, I was directed towards the very excellent people at Northco Fire. I had to wait several weeks for an appointment but we are so very glad we did. I don't rate many often, so taking the time here. At first I thought their rate was quite high... and in the end I wound up paying 3X what was agreed. Normally I would complain about this, but I feel I received way more than that in value received. He showed up early, spent 90 min vs. the agreed 60 minutes, completely took our fireplace apart, cleaned it, replaced several missing parts, explained every aspect to us, and re-assembled it to look like new. He also helped us with our BBQ gas outlet and even installed the fittings to make that work. I would recommend these guys to everyone. Top notch

Brian from Northco Fire came out today to service our fireplace. He was professional, knowledgable and pleasant. He repaired a gas leak, cleaned & safety checked the fireplace, and installed a blower where there was not one previously. The company was excellent at communicating and tech arrived when expected.

Just bought a new house and was pretty sure that the fireplace had not been maintained at all. It took at least 30 seconds to come on, when it actually did, and then the flames were pretty weak. Brian came out and did a complete service on it and now it fits right up and the flames are gorgeous. It might be better than new! He is knowledgeable, informative and friendly. We will be using him for regulate servicing from now on for sure.

Our first experience with Northco Fire was fantastic! Brian got our gas fireplace up and running within the estimated time and cost. We are renting a property where the fireplace has probably not been serviced since the house was built 20 years ago. Joel gave it a thorough cleaning, unclogged all the burners, ran a carbon monoxide detector for us to see, and cleaned the glass (that alone made the fireplace look so much bigger, THAT'S how dirty it was). He was very thorough, and made sure it was running safely. We're very happy- the size and quality of the flame is so much bigger, and it actually heats the family room now. Great job!

We were so glad that we called Northco Design to clean and service our gas fireplace. They were knowledgeable and explained everything to us. They were professional, yet friendly.
