At first they were very inactive but after the order was placed the service was terrible. We ordered a kitchen which was late. When it was fitted there were holes left in the cupboards and they were also not fitted well. Finally the kitchen protective surface absorbed water and got damaged. I contacted them to repair this and had no answer. I had to therefore pay another company 400 euros to repair. This was supposed to be a premium kitchen that was paid 15k for. My recommendation is find another company.

Love our new fireplace! Fyrepro is a one stop fireplace shop. We were able to have a stone fireplace built from the ground up with beautiful stone, a local quarried hearth, and hickory mantle that matches our floor. After, the service dept was able to clean and fix an existing fireplace getting us ready for the holidays. Thanks Jack, Jeff and crew!

Jeff is AWESOME! I had 3 other people look at my fireplace, and none was able to help. Jeff quickly found a short in the pilot light assembly, and replaced the whole thing. He explained everything very clearly and did a thorough job of troubleshooting and identifying issues with the way my fireplace had been installed.
I highly recommend calling FyrePro if you have a problem with your fireplace.
