Optimal Air & Heating recently did Maitenance on my 2 furnaces and installed 2 drain pans under the cooling coils in case I ever had any issues with leaking water.

My AC is over 20 years old and starting to show its age. Jim from Optimal Air came out to take a look. I was really impressed with his honesty. Rather than trying to sell me a new system, Jim took the time to see what he could do to give my AC a few more years of service. He explained everything up front and gave me several options. AC works GREAT. When the time comes to replace my AC, I will definitely call Optimal Air.

I had an issue with my AC making a buzzing sound and the fan would not spin. I had another company come out. What a Nightmare! Of course they wanted me to buy a new unit from $8k-$35k. Are you like us and just purchased a home with a 30+ year old AC unit? Well, I'm here to tell you that I was ready to replace it in its entirety within the first month of moving in thinking it would need replacing.
We had only been turning on the AC at night before bed until just last week when we had a heatwave in the 100+ weather during the day. We noticed our thermostat would actually raise in temperature instead of cool our house. We would set it to 75 and it would go up to 89. What a fantastic and honest company!! Optimal saved us over $10K. Wish I can give 10 stars! During the recent heatwave, with 110 degree temperature, our AC went out. A friend referred me to Optimal Air but they were booked for three weeks out so I was put on a waitlist. Meanwhile, I found another company and the first thing he (who was also the owner) asked was how old was the house. I said 20 years; he shook his head and recommended I should replace the entire system. 1- He came a day EARLIER than scheduled.
2- They were honest and said that the original problem I thought I had didn't need to be fixed so I should save my money.
3- When a second problem showed up, they put me right back on the schedule and came a day earlier than planned.
4- Very reasonable and thorough. Jim took a lot of time to fix the problem and was happy to explain it all to me afterwards.
5- Jim was very polite and respectful to my 5 year old when he had to request he move his fort so that he could set up his ladder

I cannot say enough great things about my entire experience with Optimal Air! Both of our AC units died and needed to be replaced. I had several quotes from different companies before I met Jim. We decided to go with him because he was SUPER knowledgeable, honest, friendly and at a great price. Absolutely the most honest and helpful A/C & heating company ever! I called in a panic with 100* weather outside and two A/C units down. I had Optimal out to move my ac unit around to the side of my house. They had great communication from start to finish. They arrived on time, explained everything well and thoroughly checked my unit before they moved it. They explained how to maintain my unit without needing a service call. I am very pleased with the work they did and how polite and friendly they were. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend them for your ac and heating needs.
