Can't say enough good things about R&R Heating and Cooling! They have fixed my air conditioner several times while waiting for the landlord to decide to get a new one. They always made time to come out and look at it, after hours, weekends they still came out! Today we finally got a new unit! They did a fantastic job! Even cleaned my ceiling where the dust was stuck to the vent! Seriously a great company!

Our unit wasn't achieving a desired temperature. We set an appointment with R&R Heating & Cooling. Their very competent technician David Ont arrived and quickly identified the problem. We had another company come out a couple of months ago ; but they said it they couldn't identify the problem. Not so with R&R. He explained the issue throughly, and provided much needed relief very quickly. I highly recommend R &R for your HVAC needs .

They were contacted through our home warranty company when our AC fan died. David Ont. (technician) was at the house within about 2 hours. He figured out we needed a new fan motor and went straight to the distributor to make sure we didn't have to wait two weeks while it was on order. He returned and got us up and running that same day. Great experience.

I am absolutely disgusted with how this business is run. Not only are the employees rude and late but they then tried to push repairs and replacements on me which was not needed. He was rather confident so i assume this is common practice. Would not risk calling this company.

We have been putting off replacing our unit for 4 years. Our unit finally died in the middle of a heatwave. They were able to take my calls after hours and were here the next day to put a new unit in for us.
We have recommended R&R heating and cooling to all our friends and family. They are always honest about what needs to be repaired and don't try to get you to replace parts that aren't needed.

Rene was prompt, polite and reasonable in price. Parts were onhand and our A/C unit was repaired same day. I had two companies look at issue and both said the same thing. After service he even replaced the filters at no cost. Not a big expense, but most would have charged something. Thank You again.

I reached out through Yelp & got such a quick response that I booked an appointment. It was $39 for the service call, which was much cheaper than other quotes I received, but now I realize why it was so cheap. The guy they sent out named Dustin was extremely unprofessional.
First he called me because he was lost, I told him I had messaged the owner my correct address. He made it seem like he was SO inconvenienced, literally saying "Oh sh*t, that's 10 mins away.. I guess I'll be there in 10 mins"

Within a few minutes of being at my house, told me the compressor was out. Didn’t open the AC at all to diagnose anything else. Told me to replace the unit instead of trying to fix compressor due to being around same price. He then opened the unit and said a hard start blew up and said he could replace that for $250 and put it towards replacing the AC later since it would fail again. Told me to replace would be approximately $7000 for just the unit and $10000 for the whole package. I told him I would shop around since I wanted to get quotes from other companies. He Kept pushing to ask what price

I had them come out for an estimate for my heater not switching on. I was quoted 700 to replace a main board. I wanted a second opinion and went with someone else that found the problem was a wire coming lose. Total cost to fix: 70.
So I never hired this company. Fast forward 3 months I am now getting g phone calls soliciting their services. The first time I asked them to not call me anymore. They still call. Now they're call blocked and convinced me to write a review.
Bottom line, make sure you get more than one quote. Wasting 35 bucks for a diagnosis is better than overpaying 500 dollars

Quick response time with a quote, our tech who came out to help us Anton was very informative and very kind! He did a great job and was very kind.
We had a clogged drain for our AC
The only bummer was the time he arrived, but that was not his fault, his previous jobs took longer than expected. Again this wasn't his fault, I just wish the front desk could have notified me.

Our HVAC fan was malfunctioning. I scheduled a service call with R&R. A technician showed up at the agreed upon time. I won't reveal his name because he was a good guy who unfortunately is associated with a not so good review.
First impression: He showed up on time, no mask until he saw me wearing one, at which time he went back to the vehicle to retrieve a scarf. I gave him some shoe covers
I described the symptoms to him (the HVAC fan was cycling on and off). Instead of going to the attic where the fan is located, he went outside to the AC unit, opened it, took some measurements,

My heater stopped working a month after I had another company "check and clean" the unit. R&R showed me that the heater had not been touched. No fingerprints in the dust inside or outside.
The motor was bad and they had to order it. After a few days they put it in and cleaned the whole unit. This cost the same amount as the company that just "cleaned" it.
They went over everything, took pictures and showed me everything.
They readjusted the Nest and everything working great.

Heating system suddenly stopped in the middle of the night. The following day, we called them and had an appointment for 5 pm. The technician came in a bit earlier than the appointment time and left, leaving a card on the door. We called the company office and Randy (owner) personally came and rectified the situation. He showed up an hour after. He was able to fix and replace the burnt out motor. He even went lengths to find the proper motor for the replacement.
Would positively call them again if services are be needed!

R&R was the best AC repair guys I ever had to deal with. The fact that they were texting us updates, the honestly and professionalism of our repair guy. (Justin) I would highly recommend them.
Our AC unit went out on a Saturday night, and it was in the middle of a heatwave. I couldn't find anyone to come out on a Sunday, when I call their number they told me, they could come out, and we able to tell me what the problem was. Burn out circuit board.
Able to fix it the next day.

Our A/C stopped functioning on Sunday night, and I put a call in to R&R's 24/7 service line. Got a call back in about half an hour scheduling an appointment for first thing the next morning - 8am.
Tyler arrived shortly after 8am this morning. He was very polite, knowledgeable and respectful. And our dog seemed to like him, which is always a good sign.
I explained the issue, using my embarrassing lack of knowledge in HVAC, and he had it narrowed down to a few suspected points of failure. He checked both thermostats, then headed up into the attic.
Within the hour, he was down and
