I highly recommend KJ's! I had an issue with the back room where my mom is living with it being to cold all the time. Lee came out and investigated all areas of the ducking, attic, air flow in the rooms and even found an area that needed some sealing in the attic which he took care of. Fortunately everything was all okay but unfortunate for my mom we still did not have an answer.
Lee went even further and helped brainstorm some ideas on how we could help maintain the heat she is getting in the back room. So we are going to take some of his ideas and put it in place. Lee you and your company are Awesome and I will be scheduling some maintenance with you in a few months.

Be aware and don't make the same mistake as I did. Don't use this company. They've installed an AC unite a few month ago in one of my apartments. Their total incompetence and faulty installation caused the entire ceiling to collapse. Luckily no one was home at the time. When we hired another company to investigate we found out that their technician didn't even connect the pipes together and left them unscrewed And unattached. They didn't even install the shut off valves. They didn't put any insulation around the ducts and caused so much damages. I've filed a claim against this company's bond and

This is the 3rd time that I have used KJ’s, and for the 3rd time they have exceeded my expectations! My system is over 30 years old and they are keeping it ticking with minimum costs! My a/ c wasn't working right. I called first thing mon morning after the holiday weekend. I spoke to Lee, he said he'd be able to send someone out same day btwn 2-4. His employee showed up and assessed my problem. He was very quick and told me what needed to be done. I spoke to Lee again worked out the details of the cost. Very reasonable and able to work with me. His employee finished replacing my motor, replaced my filter, within like an hour!!! Extremely efficient and worked quickly!! My house is still cooling down from not having it on for over 24 hours. The a/c works better then

If I could leave zero stars I would. AC was repaired by Lee in April, 2020. But is not working now just in about 2 months. Just contacted with him, he is asking to pay for $65 service fees for coming to check, and said no warranty for his previous repairing, even said he knew it wouldn't last long when he did the job, which has charged me more than $300. Very rude and unprefessional.

KJ's Heating and Air was referred to us by Mr. Paul Murphy who serviced the heater at our house. We needed a professional company to service the AC units at our family restaurant. Most of the commercial heating and air companies we have reached out do not meet the insurance requirements required by our property management. One other big company in the local area, We Care Heating and Air also meets the insurance requirements, however they charge a steep $189 commercial HVAC diagnostic fee and it's not waived even if you decide to do the repair with them. It's just not cost-effective

I called on a Saturday morning. They made me an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They called me in the am to make sure i was home so they could head out.
Kelly came out and was great.
We needed a new ac unit. They scheduled us in for a friday am. Showed up on time. Jose, Danny, and Lee did my install. They were fast and very professional. Very friendly and easy to work with.

It's pretty simple I had a quote for x amount of dollars to move my ac unite for one place to another 2 guys came checked it out and said it was easy its been done before. than a guy name Lee stop by and says that the job can not be done. after giving me an estimate.
why would the 2 worker who were sent by the owner or Manager say its easy and he says its a mistake my house is way too high no ladder would reach it.
not happy with what happen but I want to to put a review so people can see what service these guys provide.

We woke up on a Saturday and it was 33 degrees outside and very cold inside. Went to turn on heat and it blew cool air and wouldn't shut off. It being a weekend morning during the Covid19 virus crisis, we thought no way is anyone coming out. One phone call to KJ's and Kelly and Lee were at our door, diagnosed problem, fixed it and charged a very small reasonable fee! Unbelievably great service. We highly recommend this company.

A week ago two guys from KJ's came out to our house on what was probably the coldest morning this winter season. I was told they were busy that day but would call the crews to see who was close and could try to fit us in. The main duct had come off the heater and we had no heat in the house, just a very toasty attic. It would have to get fixed quick and right or we would be very cold.
