I am Very Happy. I made a claim through my home warranty service both the home warranty service and Airduct Care stated that someone would be at my home, Airduct Care diagnosed the system and determined i needed a new system inside and outside. I thought it would take weeks but to my surprise the home warranty approved and the Airduct Care was installing my new Lennox system within a week. I love the Techs as they where very kind and professional as they covered my floors and cleaned up. I had to call their Office and let them know that I was very pleased with the service. My ex fiancée works

This business is a good reliable team. My initial visitation advised of the issue with my system. There were a few setbacks with the order but not on their part and Irena kept me informed to ensure the install was done on time. Now the install team was on time, courteous, and explained what they were doing. They really did an excellent job. Thanks

Super nice and so polite all around! Have never used them before. The lady who answers the phone was very nice and polite. I called asked for a quote. 9 vents 2 returns. $249.00 they had availability same day in the afternoon. They were able to come even earlier. About 45 minutes sooner! Communication was great! They did not need to come out and inspect and see first before pricing the job. It was an estimate but was spot on because I knew how many vents and returns I had! The two man crew were very nice. They were mindful of our newly renovated kitchen and bathroom and out furniture. Now we did

Airduct Care Heating & AC responded to a home warranty service request. I had ongoing problems with this system and they advised me on how to request a replacement from the warranty company. They were very helpful and communicative through the whole process, and when it came time for installation day they were prompt, efficient, and friendly. They did a great job and my house is back to being cool!

I went through my home warranty company, who assigned my claim to AirDuct Care Heating & AC. The technician arrived during the designated time frame, banging on my door like there was a fire. Alarmed, I ran downstairs and opened the door. I asked if he was the technician from Airduct Care and he confirmed. I opened the door further, expecting him to come in. He stood there with a slight scower on his face. I asked him if he had a mask and if so, would he mind putting it on before he entered. (I have an elderly parent living in my home and take necessary precautions, although we're all vaccinated

I made a claim through my home warranty service on a Sunday night and the next morning I had received communication from both the warranty service and Airduct Care that someone would be there that morning!
I received a call from the company to confirm I would be available and the a technician named Alex came right on time.
He was able to diagnose my issue quite quickly and made several attempts to confirm his diagnosis was correct before beginning any repair. I definitely appreciated that.
He seemed knowledgeable and knew his stuff.
