Called the company to service an HVAC- they appeared on site and decided they didn't want to do the scope of work necessary to repair the system and left without doing anything- I'm not sure why they would accept a service call if they weren't willing to do the work required to fix the issue.

I was very pleased with the service. My heat stop working and they were able to come out the same day to fix it. Barry was very polite, professional and thorough with his work. He explained what was wrong and got it done in a short amount time. The price was reasonable. I would use their service again.

Barry was very experienced and had the issued resolved within an hour. He is also great in educating the customer ,which I feel all professionals should adopt this practice. It was also reasonably priced. Give them a call. I highly recommend them. Update: Used their service again for some maintenance and upkeep. Sean did a fantastic job! Still five stars!

I called Paul’s establishment on 4-10-19 to get an estimate on replacing my thermostat. The technician that showed up was Sean. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable about his job and I ended up replacing my entire system based on his recommendation. The system was more than 20 years old and it needed to be replaced but Sean’s professionalism and attention to detail made me spend my money with this company. The price was really fair for the work that was preformed. I met Paul the day of the install and he was also very professional and very knowledgeable. After they completed the install

I absolutely recommend Paul's Heating & Air Conditioning. As a Realtor I've worked with him for at least 5 years for jobs big and small, for clients and I use them myself. I've found them to be on time, very fairly priced, and honest. If it's an easy fix, they don't make up extra repairs to line their pocket. They are real straight shooters and super polite. And, yes... as another reviewer said, they wear booties before coming in. :) I recommend them highly!
