Best service ever. Jeff gave us a detailed quote outlining changes to our current system for better efficiency. His team was professional, polite, clean and detail oriented. This was my second time using JT Mechanical. Both experiences have been fantastic. I have an aging HVAC system that stopped blowing cold air. I called JT Mechanical and they were able to send someone out the following morning. The tech quickly identified and repaired the issue, which was a wire that was resting against part of the outside unit and had been cut due to vibration of the unit. The tech replaced the wire and rerouted it in a different manner to ensure this issue didn't happen again. I will certainly be using JT Mechanical in the future. Thank you very much.

When the upstairs AC started showing its age this past summer I did the customary shopping around for a "good" HVAC contractor. I am difficult to please and have an eye for detail - After meeting Jeff I had a sense JT Mechanical were the way to go. Were they cheapest bid, no, but neither were they the most expensive. In the end they proved to be the best value though.
They showed a genuine interest in making sure the right system was chosen and had a stellar reputation for their installation work. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. Everything is centered and aligned

I waited about a year to submit my review of JT Mechanical, just to give all the equipment and workmanship ample time to pass or fail (I have a two zone system in a two story house). The good news is, it has been a little more than a year with both the equipment that was installed and the workmanship are performing flawlessly. I did significant research on HVAC systems and local companies before I started taking bids (I got bids from 4 local companies to include JT M. ranging from about $6.5K to about $18K); if I am going to drop a significant amount of $$$$ on anything I am going to make sure

I noticed a couple of low ratings for this company. I don't know the circumstances of these situations but to me they certainly seem like suspicious ratings to say the least on behalf of the customer that left them. I'm here to say that if you want first rate services and knowledge far superior then anyone in the area you need to call JT Mechanical. I would never let anyone else touch my heating and air conditioning unit. Simply put JT is the BEST in the area and don't let anyone tell you differently. If he's busy and you have to wait a couple days trust me it's worth

Our AC system has been struggling for the past 2 years and finally died. We got 3 estimates and went with JT's even though it wasn't the cheapest. (All 3 estimates were within a few hundred dollars.) We went with company for a few reasons. First, it's family owned, and the owner Jeff and the technicians Mike, Dave and Dave took the time to answer all of our questions as well as keeping us updated through every step of the process. We also appreciated the lack of high pressure sales tactics. They were professional, friendly and took extra care protecting our floors and house in general

These Professionals are better than "as good as it gets". There were some serious warranty issues with my AC unit and I have to say JT Mechanical Co stepped up and took responsibility for whatever it took to make it right. MIKE is my main guy and he is so much more than wonderful at what he does. I just read a reply made on 7/17/2015 to my May 28th review saying they don't offer 24 hour service and they don't advertise that. That's fine. However, I left a voicemail saying I needed help. My voicemail was never returned. Whether or not they offer 24-hour service wasn't the reason for my poor review. It's the fact that no one returned my voicemail.

My A/C was out for two days. I called another company and was scheduled an appointment at 8:30 A.M. To my disappointment no one came, and when I called them I got a voicemail. I found JT Mechanical Co through yelp, and saw great reviews. Now I know why this company has so many 5 stars. I called JT Mechanical Co and talked to Jeff the owner, he came within two hours. He was professional, honest, and he is an expert. He fixed my A/C the same day, and even came back for a checkup the next day! After snaking my old sewer line a few weeks ago, I asked them to repair/replace the clogged and broken section under the front yard. It was not a fun job and more damage than was anticipated was discovered. Not only was the repair done well, the care taken with the lawn, the replacement of the dirt, and the rest of the clean up was utterly professional. It is very VERY hard for me to trust contractors. Who needs Angie's List when you can have YELP for free. We returned home from vacation to a very cold house late on a Saturday evening. I let my fingers do some walking on the YELP pages and found JT Mechanicals to be well reviewed. Thank you Lance and Mary R. for making my decision easier. I left a message on Sunday hoping for a call back Monday morning but no....I got a call back within 2 minutes. I assured Jeff that we had a toasty fireplace and an electric blanket, we can wait until Monday am. He was punctual and came with very cute booties to cover his shoes.

A couple of months back we were have some furnace issues, so we called JT Mechanical. Jeff was out the next day and diagnosed several issues that needed to be addressed. What impressed me was that one part that needed to be replaced was under warranty and that saved me some money. However, I wouldn't have known that and only Jeff's honesty saved that money for me. He easily could have charged me for that part.
