Just when you're having the worst day and you come home to a broken AC unit it could only get worse. But Osiel with AC Comfort completely turned my day around. All around this was a great service. From the call this evening to making sure someone could come within a 2 hour window, following up on a call to let me know the driver was only 5 minutes away, and then resolving the issue without over charging me. Amazing and FAST service! Highly recommend. My a/c stopped working and called another company for an estimate, they gave a very high estimate. Called AC Comfort and they showed up an hour later. AC comfort gave me a straight estimate and did not add any unnecessary “fixes”. They gave me 2 different estimates, one which was more cost efficient. They… explain exactly what they are going to do in precise detail. They came to fix my a/c on a holiday, the whole process took 48 hrs from them time I first called them. My tech (Ozzie) called ahead of time, showed up on time, and was extremely professional. Took a lot of pictures and took time to explain to me all issues, highlighting urgent and non-urgent issues. Did a good job of explaining what my options were; but most importantly, he came across as sincere, honest, and very respectful. So, here is the deal. Wife called to say AC wasn't cooling, so I called AC Comfort from the truck. They were pleasant enough over the phone, and said they would be there in about 45 minutes, which they were. Explained what was going on and that my Goodman AC was about 3-4 years old. Was told that I had to pay $129 service fee plus whatever was in need of repair. $129 was a bit high but he said it shouldn't be too major bc my system was not old. Turns out it was a capacitor, a $25-30 part. They wanted to charge me $295, plus the $129 service call. I said that was egregious. I declined

I received recommendation for AC Comfort from local community. They were very responsive with scheduling my a/c inspection. The technician was very polite and did great job trying to troubleshoot the electrical problem I needed to get fixed. It was taking time though. After an hour or so of troubleshooting I was explained the issue was in low voltage circuit shorted and given a choice to pay $200 more to get the problem resolved, then I would receive an assessment of how much it will cost to fix it. The tech was very upfront to tell me that I did not have to make a decision and could ask for

I have used A/C Comfort to service my heating and cooling units for several years now. I have always had outstanding service and attention to detail by Rey Ugalde and his employees. I am now doubly glad A/C Comfort is my go to heating and cooling company. I am having work done on my house, including some new duct work done to accommodate a larger exhaust fan in my bathroom. The size of the exhaust vent in the fan is larger than the old one, so it requires larger diameter duct work. I signed up for what was advertised as an "AC tune up." Nothing gets tuned up. Literally NOTHING was done to the unit. It's just an inspection to tell you all that is wrong with the unit and offer additional services. I'm not impressed. If it's not a tune-up, don't call it a tune up-- that's dishonest.

Let me start by saying Ray was awesome! After the thunder storms the other day, I had a power surge and lost a couple of appliances. Then it started getting warm again and noticed my ac wasn't coming on either. As you all know ac repairs can be costly and I was dreading having someone out to tell me what's wrong. I contacted 2 people for a diagnostic. The first company that came told me you need a NEW FURNACE!!!! Which was $3200! Needless to say, I was not a happy camper.

I was having trouble with my AC unit. Rey came the next day to address my concerns. He was very professional over the phone and in person; he was also very personable. Rey did not try to push unnecessary services on me, but he showed me my "problem" areas and we discussed solutions in a manner that was easy to understand. With the new baby in the heat not working, we had to call someone to help us check out our problem. We called Rey after seeing all his high ratings, he was quick to come out and check everything out. He identified the problem within five minutes of being here and also conducted a 40 point inspection of our system. At the end of it all, I walked away much more knowledgeable of our system have now found our regular AC repair company. I highly recommend you give them a call as I will be doing in the future as well.

AC Comfort, especially Ray is beyond a blessing. Due to Hurricane Harvey and too many power surges, our air conditioning unit broke. I reached out this morning not knowing if he would be able to get through the floods to us. He did! Was courteous, professional, thoughtful and didn't try to price gouge us. He worked hard and got us up and running. The house is already cooling down. Now if we can just get the tree off of the house and the roof repaired. Thank you AC Comfort and thank you Ray!

I called AC Comfort around 8am on a Sunday morning, and Rey was here within 45 minutes! For anyone who has dealt with the discomfort of a malfunctioning AC, you would probably agree that every minute counts. He did a thorough check of my AC unit and fixed the issue promptly. He was professional, polite, and reasonably priced. I will certainly use AC Comfort again and would recommend them to anyone. Rey saved the day!

Rey came out today to inspect our system. We haven't had it serviced since moving in almost 5 years ago (new home) and wanted to make sure things were okay.
He found a couple minor things we needed to address before they went out and provided excellent information on the way our system was designed, how it should be improved, the benefits if we did make improvements and what we could do to help our allergies. Thanks, Houston.

This company is fabulous! My husband is disabled from a stroke and other illnesses so being without air conditioning is hard on his health.... The first time Rey came out on a Sunday evening , the repair was fast! Our air conditioner is very very old so a couple of months later another part went out, and Rey came out again, same day we called after hours.... he remembered our situation and said he didn't want us to have to wait until the next day. He was fast, efficient, affordable, and honest! This company is our go to company for air conditioning help. You can not go wrong by calling AC

I called Ac comfort today and they came out today! I had a company that was highly recommended by a friend come out to give me a quote of $800 Ray inspected my unit and determined that I only needed one of the two items instead. Saved a lot of money by not doing more than what the other company wanted me to do

Phenomenal work!! Rey is the man! I screwed up our thermostat and had to call him Saturday. He called back within minutes and even tried to provide solutions over the phone. He was prompt, courteous, and just overall a great guy! He was even able to find my home even though it's not on Google Maps yet. I received 2 diagnoses/quotes. Both differed. Both were very expensive but I figured, it has to be done. I needed a third diagnosis/quote.
I called AC Comfort. Rey came out took a look at the system outside and inside.
He explained what he saw and didn't see.
His quote came back THOUSANDS of dollars lower. His freon cost is lower that the other companies too!
Surprise, surprise.... We are going with AC Comfort.
He did not try scam me and repair something that didn't need repairing.
