This morning, I left 2 businesses my message regarding the probable need for a new water heater and proceeded to get ready for work. I was hoping for a response sometime today. But to my surprise, Greg called right after I sent my message; he had some time later today.
I could hear water running for a few days, but I couldn't figure out the source. After scraping dirt away from the pipe leading to an outdoor spigot, I had a geyser on my hands. It was Sunday of the Thanksgiving weekend, but I couldn't wait until Monday. Greg showed up within fifteen minutes after I spoke with him.

We had Redwood Sewer & Drain come to our house to snake out a clogged kitchen drain. Greg assessed the situation and recommended that we install a clean-out drain in the event this happened again. The clean-out was installed quickly and the drain was successfully unclogged. Greg & Jorge were professional and fun to talk with. The quote was accurate and reasonable. I've used Greg twice now for plumbing repairs in my home, and both times I was very impressed. He's a straight shooter who is not only honest, kind, and very responsive, but also very skilled at what he does. I fully trust him and am relieved that I now go-to plumber in case I need one again. We noticed a leak outside our kitchen window, right near a clean out valve. It was leaking a lot when the kitchen faucet was on, so I contacted Greg. He responded right away and within an hour was here taking care of the problem. Turned out to be a cracked pipe up inside the wall, but he was able to fix it up and make sure everything was good before leaving. I will definitely recommend to anybody that asks about plumbing issues. I hope I never need their services again, but if I do, I will gladly call Greg to come help

My sewer pipe was cracked, and clogging as a result. I called Greg at Redwood Sewer who gave me a competitive bid. He sent his technician Finn the next day. He assessed the pipe with a camera that showed a major offset further down. It was obvious but the other company said NBD. But it was. Greg gave me another bid and Finn worked hard all day to replace the thin PVC w a solid 10' of quality pipe. Finn's attitude was amazing. He's one of those guys that enjoys his work and does it extremely well. Not an easy job trenching 10' that included a decorative River rock to clear out

Our sewer backed up early this morning and it was clear we needed to do something quickly. I called Greg at 6:30 and he picked up the phone and rearranged his schedule to get our situation resolved quickly. He showed up right on time and walked me through all the options available for solving the issue. I appreciated his communication and creativity. I have used them for many repairs and have never been disappointed. Their prices are excellent, and they collect much needed info over the phone before coming out so they can make repairs the first visit. I live in an older condo so things just wear out. Greg deserves a superhero cape! He and his assistant came right away and assessed our issue, and were able to come up with a solution on the spot. If I could give more stars I would. We had water backing up in our sink pouring out of our dishwasher and backing out of the wall in the bathroom. Greg responded immediately, was here way faster than expected and fixed the back up right away (on a Sunday!). Very nice and professional guy and best quote out of everywhere I called. Genuine people and fast service. I live in an old house and the main line backed up when I first moved in and then again a few years later. I couldn't find the main clear out buried in the from yard but they got it handled anyways. They came out within an hour of calling and had our drains running clear in no time flat. Greg was fantastic. I called him yesterday and told him that our issue was not an emergency, but he still made time to show up the very next day, on-time, respectful, and cheerful. He helped us do a very thorough review of some suspected leaks, and took some great pictures to help us understand what was going on under the house. In the end, we all agreed that the suspected leaks were actually a little rainwater that just hadn't reached the sump pump yet. I feel so much better about the plumbing in our house now. Do yourself a favor. Many choices out there - but if you have any plumbing issue - you'll want to call Greg. First rate, highly-skilled, friendly, fast service at very reasonable prices, and follows all COVID precautions. I've used Greg several times now and will never look elsewhere.

I had a problem with a clogged sink and garbage disposal. I called Greg on his cell phone, he answered quickly even though he was on another job and promised to call me when he was finished. Sure enough, he called again very soon that same day and actually went out the same day to take care of the repair. Excellent service, highly recommend!

Greg is excellent. I had just moved into a place and during a shower, the toilet started to have air bubbles come out. He squeezed me in on a busy day and determined that it was just "unused house" syndrome in which the lines had been dry for so long, it could have just been something dried in the main. He did get my cleanout cap out nicely. I'll definitely be calling back if I need anything else.

My shower drain was backing up into the bathtub this morning, so I called Redwood Sewer & Drain to check it out. Greg (the owner) was out here in less than an hour and had the drain cleared in a few minutes. He was also happy to give me a quote on a tankless water heater install while he was here and provide some honest advice about why it might not be the right choice for me and the advantages of traditional tank units.
