If you have storefront windows that needs to be cleaned up, the best way to keep the windows well maintained and looking good is to get on a scheduled service. Your store will be more attractive to customers as well. This can be either weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, every two months or quarterly. An employee will show up and clean your windows on its scheduled service day.
Invoices are emailed which can be paid from them. On the day of your scheduled cleaning, there will be the owner and an employee, or perhaps just the owner himself on-site. If two persons are on the job, one will be on the inside and the other will be outside. We will most likely start off by removing screens and wiping out tracks from the inside.
Then all interior glass will be cleaned. Once interior is cleaned, exterior glass will be cleaned along with screens. We inspect the job in and out before we finish. All items that were moved, window shades or blinds returned back to original position. Lastly, screens put back to their original locations.

The business model is simple when it comes to Oasis Window Cleaning. Owner is always on site and does a lot of the work himself, along with my son that works along with me part time. That's it! Short and simple. Oasis Window Cleaning was founded by Steve Serbins in 1977. As a 17 year old working in a restaurant (Hillside Inn in Santa Rosa) their window cleaner was selling his small business.
Above each page is Booking and Estimates. A more accurate price given at time when we arrive for service, as we don't do estimate trips. Construction cleaning, Solariums, Solar panels, Greenhouses, Pressure washing, Gutter cleaning, Stain or Lacquer removal. On rare occasions we may decline certain jobs.
The Oasis Screen Renewer and Protectant Service transforms your dull, dry and dusty screens to look new again. This a great product that I really like. It's a cleaner and protectant, all in one to renew the luster of your screens. It really works well and sometimes is the only solution I've found that cleans screens well enough.

Could not say enough about Oasis Window Cleaning. We have hired Steve on numerous occasions and have recommended him to all of our friends. Steve is a perfectionist and our windows at our house and other projects always looks brand new after he is done with them. From the glass, to the screen, to the track; everything is spotless!

I contacted Oasis on 6/24/19 and received a response very quickly. Steve booked me for 7/2. The communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Steve gave me a rough estimate based on my description of the work needed. He indicated that he would arrive between 7:30-8am and sure enough, I received a text to say that he was on his way, arriving right at 8am. We walked around the entire house and discussed what needed to be done. Most of my windows are new and had marks from the manufacturer stickers, plus there is a lot of traffic and construction in my general area so the windows

I can't say enough great things about Steve and his crew. He is meticulous, conscientious, reliable, and friendly. He will make every effort to meet your needs and my windows, screens, skylights and window tracks are always spotless. I live in the country and have lots of bugs, cobwebs, leaves, etc. to clean so the job is not easy.

This is the second time I've used Oasis. Steve was out of town, as they cleaned the windows on Memorial day, and the crew he sent was amazing. They were right on time, very thorough and the Windows look incredible. This house is very unique, and some of the windows are hard to get to, but not for these guys.
I love that I get a text to remind me of the appointment, on the day that they're coming, and the details of the job when they're done.
Again, I will definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone!

This last storm in 2016/2017 really put us through a zoozie with 60 inches of rain. With all of the rain and wind really did a number on our windows. We have lived in our home for almost 6 years and have never had the windows cleaned.
Oasis Windows Cleaning came very highly recommended through good friends and saw their great ratings on yelp.

My 90 year old mom and I have used Steve and company a couple of times to wash all the windows and screens on our Santa Rosa house and have been very satisfied. They showed up on time, were quick and respectful and did a great job. They went above and beyond by removing some old funny plastic storm window and washed them too. I recommend them.

Steven and his crew, and their work, are GREAT! We got a call just yesterday that some special and unexpected visitors would be here Friday to visit us. Wanting the house to look it's best I called Steven and he squeezed us in same day, which was just above and beyond.
You may not think you need your windows and window screens cleaned, but you do! My husband and I are still just looking around the house in awe. Clean windows make a huge difference!

I called Oasis Window Cleaning as I needed a local company to clean the windows on my rental home in Rohnert Park. The pricing is all on the website so that is a plus. I called and booked an appt. Steve and his 2 sons showed up on time and cleaned the windows, sills, tracks and screens. I asked the owner to walk around with me and spot check all of the work before he left and we found some minor things. Had I not requested that, I would have been disappointed after they were gone. Since he remedied it, I am happy. I just wish he would have offered that instead of me asking. That's why

What a great company. i used them for two reasons: 1. It is family owned and run, and since my neighbor had problems with a large company that sent a couple of men, one of whom came back the next week to rob them, I wanted a smaller company. 2. they were a ltttle
cheaper than some of the others I called.
