I have been using Premier Carpet Cleaning for several years, both for my home and my office. Premier is amazing! Jason was able to come right out, give me a couple choices for services for a carpet I was afraid was a lost cause. They set to work once we discussed my options, the carpet was good as new within hours, the price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I received a follow up call to ensure that I was thrilled and that the carpet had remained spotless after drying (which it had) with an offer for a touch up if needed. The two one-star reviews cannot be for this company. The owner/operator's name is Jason, not Alex or Nick. Those reviewers are from San Francisco, and Jason doesn't operate outside Sonoma County and occasionally Napa.
Jason is the bomb. He does great work and gives top-of-the-line customer service. And he's a funny guy, too!

Given the opportunity Jason will knock your socks off! Our house is well lived in (3 kids, 2 dogs, 2 cats and then some) and our carpet was showing the effect of many years of the family circus. In under 2 hours Jason brought our carpets back to life in a way I couldn't have imagined. All the deep set in stains are gone. The darkened trampled high traffic areas look good as new! All the puppy potty training souvenirs are gone! The carpets are soft again!

I needed to get the carpet in my room cleaned fast before moving, and had a few stains that the landlady was not happy with. I called Jason and explained to him my situation, and he came by for an estimate. Not only did he give me a more than reasonable estimate, he offered to give his professional opinion on documentation in the event that I went to court. He then spotted the most visible stain (a blueberry juice stain that would not come out even after being treated and cleaned with a Rug Doctor),

What a great experience! Jason and Heather were so easy to work with and the results of my cleaning were excellent. I was surprised that Jason was open to traveling to Southern Marin, but he never said anything negative about the long haul. My area rugs and carpet look brand new. He spent hours working on my couch and got every baby stain out of it. I also had him clean and seal the marble in my bathroom/shower and I am very pleased with the results. His prices are very fair and I will definitely have him back in a few years. You will not be disappointed!

I was very happy with the work Jason did, we needed 2 carpet patches done where my dog had ripped up the entire carpet and for a big water stain from a leaky shower. My landlord recommended his services, so I decided to go with someone she had used them in the past. The office staff was friendly when I called and scheduled an appointment right then on the phone.She gave me a 2 hour window for when they would come and they were perfectly on time.

I received a coupon in the mail for carpet cleaning for your whole for $70. I called and scheduled the appointment for a Saturday for noon. At 1:30, I called and they said they were ten minutes away. At 2:15, I called again, and they said they would be there shortly. They showed up 2:45 minutes late to my house. The gentleman, Alex, came in and I showed him the five rooms that needed to be cleaned. One of the rooms was dirtier than the rest. He told me we needed a deep cleaning and the cost would be $365. I have never had a sofa cleaned the way jason did it. He brought my light sofa back from the dead. I was set to give it a proper burial. He was enthusiastic, professional and freaking TENACIOUS!!! he stuck with it until it was good as new. he even said he would come back at no charge if it wasn't to my satisfaction.

I asked a neighbor in the Sr. Mobile Home Park where I live (and whom I trust) for a carpet cleaner in the area (as I am fairly new to Santa Rosa), and was given Jason's company's name from one of our highly respected residents. So, I called Jason this past Sunday & got a prompt return call on Monday afternoon. I explained I was in the midst of "Sonoma County Allergy-Hell" and he said he would suggest I had everything cleaned ASAP - we set up for 2 days later, and he was very prompt, calling to explain a 1/2 hour delay, and was on time with that.
