We had a power fluctuation and it destroyed the Contactor in our AC unit. Will came by the next day and got it fixed in no time. We did have to pay a little bit extra since we had it repaired on the weekend and we were also out of Bass' service zone - however I cannot be more happy with the service and friendliness that we received during our repair.
10/10 would recommend to anyone. Jason was my technician. Overall was a very positive experience. He sat there with me and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. He was able to diagnose several problems I had with my HVAC and laid out all the options I had about what to do with said problems.

I had service done on my heating system last year and I was very satisfied with the service. There were a few problems that the technician could not figure out and once the supervisor was brought into play the prblems were great tag team going for the championship and neither were satisfied until the match was won and the .solved. Stacy with Bass Air Conditioning was very responsive to every question I asked. She put me at ease with getting a new unit. Very positive through the whole experience! Kenny, the technician, was very thorough with everything. Explained everything in complete detail and made it made sense. I will only use Bass Air Conditioning from now on!

Bass heating and air was fabulous, i’ve used others in the past and had bad experiences but Bass did a wonderful job and I recommend Stacy, she was wonderful to talk to and very professional made it very easy for me to schedule my appointment and made my experience stress free and was very understanding to my needs. I am very pleased with how professional our maintenance expert, Jason Bass, was. He explained everything in a simple way to be able to understand the issues we were having with our AC unit. He went even further and contacted the Residential Manager for us in order to talk finances for a new unit. Eddie Simmons was very professional as well. Overall very satisfied with the service. Yesterday was my first time using this company. I called in and told them what was needed. They were able to send Eddie Faircloth out the same day in the afternoon. In about an hour, our AC unit was up and running. I spoke with Victoria in the office and she is awesome. She was kind, friendly and very helpful. The prices for the diagnostics and the fix were very reasonable. I would highly recommend using their service. I will call them back if, I have anymore problems.
