The history of our business goes back to 1956, when W.T. Arnold first started a heating and cooling company. Deon worked with his father, W.T. Arnold, his entire life. He started working with him full time in 1977 and taking over the company in 1980. Deon successfully ran the business, growing it up to 12 employees, until 2005, when he sold Arnold Service Company and "retired".

Called them at noon and was told that they would come out Wednesday. About 2 hrs later, the lady called and was very nice and told me they had cancellation and would like to send someone out. I appreciated that. The man that came ( I think Dylan) was very courteous and professional.The price was reasonable. I know that we will use Deon Arnold's again for any future repairs.

One of the worst companies to work with. Terrible customer service. Had an appointment for them to come check our ac unit Thursday at 9am. They never showed up or called to let me know they weren’t coming. Said they had the wrong phone number for me but they had literally called me two days prior to set the “appointment”. We tried to schedule another appointment for Friday and were told they would come between 3-4. When my husband called to make sure they were coming, they said they were not. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to their clients time. Don’t waste your time with them.

Absolutely exceptional service from an honest and hard-working group of good people! I own a condo in Fayetteville that is occupied by a tenant. It has a split heat pump system that reached the end of its life span and had to be replaced right away. First, I contacted Day & Night Heating and Air and they wanted to charge me a few thousand dollars just to do the diagnostics--without any repairs! Additionally, the "worst case scenario" estimate to replace the entire unit was going to be roughly 5 times that much! So at the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Deon Arnold Heating & Air Conditioning

I needed someone to come out and fill my Freon. I had my system check by my uncle who is a certified HVAC tech but since he's from out of state he couldn't fill it. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone, who was less than courteous, and she set up the appointment but told me there would still be a diagnostics charge...
