We had a power fluctuation and it destroyed the Contactor in our AC unit. Will came by the next day and got it fixed in no time. We did have to pay a little bit extra since we had it repaired on the weekend and we were also out of Bass' service zone - however I cannot be more happy with the service and friendliness that we received during our repair
