We were interested in replacing our fence, and ELM recommended a refurbishment of the fence with some esthetic improvements instead of replacing the entire fence. The refurbished fence with an new arbor entrance gate looked brand new, and we received many positive comments from neighbors. ELM also installed under-deck roofing/drainage. When we had weather damage to our fence and our under-deck roofing/drainage system, ELM was very responsive in coming out and repairing the damage for us. ELM is extremely reliable and profession, and we’ve gladly recommended them to others. Quality company!

Elm Construction did our major remodel, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. We did a total renovation of the living areas of our house and included a laundry room addition. The renovation included gutting our kitchen, removing interior walls, moving a staircase, the laundry addition, replacing and covering our deck, and reconfiguring the layout of our finished basement. It was a big job! From working with Elliott on the design, to getting the 3D rendering, to the actual demo and reconstruction, the experience went so smoothly. Donavon, our project manager, stayed on top of everything
