Concrete Formed Walls has done a wide variety of concrete projects in the Southeastern U.S. We have worked in Tuscaloosa after the tornadoes came through, clearing and rebuilding. We have worked in Montgomery, Birmingham, Pleasant Grove, Prattville, Cordova, and in many of the lake communities in Alabama.
Footings can be relatively shallow concrete installations that transfer the weight of the building above to the bearing soil. Spread footings are most common for residential work. In all cases footings must be placed so that they rest below the frost line. In Alabama and the rest of the Southeastern U.S. this varies based on latitude and the local elevation.

One of the least expensive ways to add space to any building is by pouring a basement. In a typical basement, most of the wall surface is below grade. In Alabama and much of the southeastern U.S., topography frequently makes it possible to have walk-out basements that are very usable as living space.

Eric with Concrete Formed walls has proven to be not only be thorough and ethical, he is also very creative when it comes to how to manipulate concrete into the exact shape we were looking for. Although my project wasn't as big as they usually do I was taken care of just the same. I would refer this company to anyone looking for concrete solutions.
