Doster Management, I'm a resident of a residential complex in the 600 block of East Main Street in Louisville, KY. Your company is constructing an apartment complex across the street. Please adhere to your construction permit. The noise level during sleeping hours must stop. And operating bright stage lights overnight, shinning in windows is seriously bothering tenants across the street. Please tell your site superintendent to make those changes to accommodate people trying to sleep at night time..!!
