Excellent service. MCC and Rich were responsive. Rich worked very hard to get out stains throughout the house. I really liked that the pricing was transparent and so reasonable. Rich was very thorough and spent a lot of time explaining and what our options were for cleaning our carpets. Best cleaner I've ever used. MCC has green products that were good for my pets and good for the environment with no bad chemical smells.

Rich is always prompt and thorough! Because of Covid-19 we were unable to have him clean our carpets for 2 years! He was able to remove dog stains from our very large dog and now the carpet looks like new. For the first time we had him clean our tiles in the kitchen, foyer and bathroom. For the first time we can actually see the color of our grout!! We highly recommend his services!

Rich was a phenomenal solver of problems. His fabric specific approach to cleaning upholstery and carpets led him to use different techniques on Linen Velvet, Wool Blend Pincord, Wool Carpets and more modern Blends.
The results were uniformly wonderful. Removed stains, restored loft and texture, and just made everything feel better. Would recommend him to friends.

Really did a fantastic job on the townhome we were renting. We are renters and after he was finished the carpet looked better then when we started out renting. I would highly recommend. Also he is very professional and you can tell has a real knowledge of what the stains are and how to get rid of them.

Rich was awesome! Very professional and friendly. He took our 20+ Berber carpet and made it look almost new again. We had a huge turkey dripping stain from an energetic pup that had been there for months. Rich worked his magic and we don’t even see it even after it has dried for a few days. Better than expected. He also did our inside carpeted steps and got almost every stain out. We were ready to rip the carpets out, but due to COVID put the project on hold. With the holidays fast approaching we thought let’s clean to get through the holidays. We are so happy we did! Now things are refreshed

Our carpets were over due for cleaning, and we have animals so special care was required.
Rich was wonderful. He did an initial walkthrough, described the different services and made recommendations. He made suggestions for ways of protecting our pets, even though the fumes shouldn't be dangerous. When he came to do the cleaning, he was extremely thorough, and it was obvious that he cares about his work. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Rich was amazing! My husband and I just bought a new house and my mom uses Rich and raved about him and how good his work is. My carpet in the new home I thought I would have to replace which would have cost $$$ so my mom suggested rich and so glad that I went that way. He made our carpet look almost new ! My kitchen tile were also in need of some TLC. He cleaned then and sealed them to keep them looking new. I highly recommend Rich.

I was moving out of a large rented house and needed 5 bedroom carpets cleaned. Some of the carpets had pet stains from a diabetic cat which I had tried to remove myself, but couldn't get out completely. In two… of the rooms, there had also been some water damage from previous flooding.
Rich was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to my initial inquiry and was able to set up an appointment within one week.
