Our AC was not cooling. Avalanche was recommended by a trusted friend. They assessed the issues and made repairs and completed some maintenance. Due to the age of the units, my fear was "it was time." If I'd been told a unit needed replacing I would've gotten a second opinion but could have easily been sold a new unit. Trust these folks!

I called a different company to fix our furnace issues. That guy said the motor was going bad, which would have been a very expensive repair. I called Avalanche for a second opinion. Nate came in, listened to the furnace and made a simple repair. Now the furnace works great and I didn't have to buy a new motor!!

All that you want and hope for: on-time, professional, flawless assessment even when it meant no part replacements. With a 20-year old system, I clearly would have paid to replace a part that was not necessary. He explained why it was not needed. Welcomed him back to work proactively on the gas line to my water heater. Great again!
