Is the power on to the AC unit outside? By the AC unit outside there is usually a large breaker; make sure that is set to the "on" position. Do you see the lines inside the furnace frozen or water at the base of your furnace/air handler? Turn the AC unit off for 24 hours to let it thaw out. This may be caused by a dirty filter; remove and replace the filter.

Our Warranty company sent this company out to fix our furnace that was not working. The tech misdiagnosed our system 3 times. As a former fireplace, pellet stove and Pellet furnace tech the parts on a furnace are very similar. All the parts can be tested with a multimeter to see which part is not working correctly. The main board also flashes a code tu help you know what to test. First it was supposed to be a dirty filter. That did nothing. Then it was a Dirty cooling coil. Did nothing again. Then it was the High limit switch(easily testable with a multimeter). Did nothing again. Finally after

Technician Brad was fantastic. Very friendly and explained everything that was going on since it was a difficult to solve problem. Would highly recommend. I also appreciated that he kept my wife up to date with what he was doing and where the problem could be since I was at work all day. He stayed late on valentines day and was very upbeat and friendly the whole time. Thanks Brad!

We had whole-house steam humidifiers installed in our newly built house two winters ago. Throughout that winter, the humidifiers repeatedly conked out. Over the summer, Dan @Mountain Air had all three replaced with a newer model at no charge. Since then, I've had no issues whatsoever. Mountain Air bent over backwards to make sure that the right products were installed in my home. Their expertise and diligence are very appreciated.

I have used Mountain Air for routine maintenance for several years on my furnaces and AC units, but last night, a Sunday, the water heater stopped heating- was 12 years old but showed no signs of needing replacement. The answering service got me connected with the on call people do a head’s up was given for my urgent but not emergent, need. My house is under contract so needed a replacement water heater ASAP. By noon the next day I had a new water heater and there is no feeling of being gouged and taken advantage of for my urgent need- simply a job well done at a fair price and accomodating to

Guy came over was here 15 minutes. I explained the problem he said yep your blower motor is going. Then spent 25 minutes in his truck writing out a quote.
1195 dollars for a blower motor replacement. While he was in his truck I did a quick search on amazon. Oem 213 dollars, for after market 179.
I have never worked on a furnace nor even opened one up. I timed this, 38 minutes to pull this motor out. 29 to put it back in.
It cost me 180 dollars for him to listen to me and tell me what I already knew based on the error codes given off by the furnace. Which I told him what the error codes were

WOW! They understand the importance of what they do. I called because I had heard they are fair and will treat you right. My furnace was blowing cold air and it was going to be cold. They sent Eric out within hours. He immediately let me know what I needed and he had the parts there ready to go. We got our heat back right away with no pressure sales. Eric was so courteous and didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need. Great service. Thank you so much!

Excellent work by Eric and his crew! The installation was not easy, a retrofit in an 80+ year old home, but they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Eric spent the extra time needed to determine exactly how the system should be installed, so there would be no surprises. Once they started the work, it was done on time, on budget, with a minimum of disruption in my home life, and with very little construction debris. Eric was very patient throughout the process, and very thorough in his explanation of the system. I very much appreciated that the entire crew - not just Eric - understood that

I cannot praise Mountain Air enough. They replaced the entire A/C duct work on our flat roof and did an amazing job. The owner Dan is an extremely honest, professional, knowledgable and personable man; along with his wife Kris, both were a true pleasure to work with. He listened to our concerns and what we wanted, and followed through as promised and in a timely fashion. The crew were also incredible, Orlando, Freddy, and the Supervisor, Rafal were all top notch. This is your go to company and will be ours from now on!

I have been using Mountain Air for a couple of years. They are very dependable, honest and professional. I had another company check my heater and was told it needed $600 worth of repairs! Mountain Air came in a couple months later, did a thorough cleaning and inspected the heater. Did not find anything that needed immediate attention. They have earned my business and as a Realtor I am happy to add them to my list of recommended companies!!

After burning through one incompetent firm and another with shady pricing/billing practices, I gave Mountain Air a call. The staff in the office are very organized, accommodating, and friendly. I had a very complicated AC issue and they promised a technician would call me back to discuss. The technician (Tyler) did call me back and I could tell right away that he knew what he was talking about. Tyler accurately diagnosed and replaced defective TXV valves on two AC units that are now working beautifully. And...he also correctly diagnosed and replaced a control board on a furnace that was showing
