Pros: Great experience with Front Range HVAC. Recently installed new AC and heater. Excellent communication and professionalism from the install team Taylor and Ben ( highly recommend these 2 guys). They did a great job!
Cons: There appears to be some rebates that are available on their website but there’s not a lot of information on those and nobody offered those to me.

I’ve used Front Range for a number of years referring tons of clients to them. They have been better than great up until now. The tech that went out to my clients house did a cleaning and a certification. Every time they have done it, it was $165. This particular job the furnace was only 1 year old. Client called me and said they charged him $650. That is ridiculous because a new furnace cost is about the same. I immediately reached out to the owner and he said they would call me the following day. Well, after no call and me reaching out multiple times and still no response I am done. I gave

I would definitely recommend calling Front Range HVAC. I was happy that I found them to take care of my air conditioning problem,. Gordon was my technician he quickly found the problem, had the parts to fix it on the truck. I was very happy to be cool again. Thank you so much Gordon for making being home a pleasure. It's going to be 95 tomorrow. I would like to leave a five star review.

If I could give a Zero I would! Brand new house, we had to have them out before and was told that when our house was built (December) the freon was never put in. They put it in and now our compressor is broken! Called them and was told to put a ticket in with Amanda at Richmond Homes and that I was still under warranty because it was a two year warranty and I've only lived in the house 18 months. Emailed and called with Amanda and was told they were wrong and that they would not cover it. The last time FrontRange came to our house to fix it, they possibly broke it and now they won&apos

Had a wonderful experience. They were honest and patient through several issues I had to navigate in order to proceed. Jeremy and Justin did a wonderful job checking in with me during that time and explaining all the different options. Tiffany (I think) was great in the office working on scheduling and financing. The tech team, Michael, ben, both Jakes, and JJ worked very hard getting the system up and running. They were polite, and easy to work with. I’m just sorry it ended up running late but they made sure the work was complete before they left and did not rush through going over everything

What an experience! Front Range is the top of the line HVAC companies out there. Our furnace and a/c system was 25 years old and was not working well at all. We called and made an appointment for an estimate. RobTorrence came out(right on time) and he was prepared. After Rob looked at what we had and asked a lot of questions, he sat down with us and went over the proposal. Now Front Range isn't the lowest price company, but you get what you pay for (they don't sell cheap equipment).Once we approved their proposal Tiffany called and had us scheduled in two weeks. The installation went as smooth

First time customer who replaced the furnace in my house. Great service from start to finish. They did miss something during the initial analysis and during install realized the zoning system was pneumatic and had the wrong sensors to work with that. Well lo and behold the thermostats/sensors were double the price and what did they do? They stood by the original estimate and said they missed it and will honor the original price. You don't see that every day. Thanks Front Range and I'll look to you for future business.

I recently contacted Bob Frank at Front Range about a unique and difficult situation we had: a 20 year old hot water heater/boiler had failed due to a leak, and was located in a very tight space. Bob quickly went to the address (also difficult on the 16th street mall with no parking), evaluated and came up with a plan, sent an invoice, and offered to talk. We talked at length about the best options here, which was a tankless water heater. Bob's estimate was fair, and the time and professionalism he gave to our difficult install was wonderful. He was willing to explain in detail and I never

I have had front range out to our houses two separate times. We first had them out to install a air conditioning. The installers were great. They explained everything. They were very clean in their work. Second we had our ducts cleaned and had another great experience. They were on time and very helpful.

I've had Front Range HVAC to my home on multiple occasions. My first experience with them was for duct cleaning. Shortly after, we moved into a new home and we had them over to make repairs to what the builder messed up. Additionally, while finishing our basement they did all of our duct work and did an amazing, very professional job. Highly reccomended.

Bob Frank, Lea, et al. were everything needed to make a costly decision an easy one. No salesmen gimmicks, great competitive rates, extremely friendly staff. You name the phase and it was efficient: free estimate, financing, scheduling, installation, follow up...everything. The service is a popular one -- normally scheduling for installation is about a month out, but we got lucky and were able to fill a cancellation spot the same week as signing. Thumbs up for sure!

Man I'm glad I called! There were fast to get to my drama ( leaky pipe sprayed our furnace over night ) and Mark was wonderful. He was nice, informative and could take jokes. Which was nice in an already cluster F of a situation. He addressed our issue quickly. And thankfully totally reasonable with price. ( Unlike others that want to sell a whole furnace. No thanks I need an actual car soon ) And they now have a customer for life. I definitely recommend them. Thanks guys!

Front Range HVAC is like any other of the high-pressure HVAC companies. I tried them out for checking out a minor issue with ductwork leaking to get a second opinion. I was greeted by a friendly salesman who played the small-talk game and acted like he was only here to help me. As soon as I went to the furnace, the truth came out though - he quickly started saying I need a whole new furnace, and that it was the worst designed system he had ever seen in his 20 years of experience. That's pretty funny given that the system has worked fine for 20 years in the home. Surely, this was yet another

We had Mark from Front Range come out after a really terrible experience with another HVAC company. We just needed a routine annual inspection of our furnace to make sure it was in OK condition for winter. The previous company told us we absolutely needed to replace our furnace and that a rivet/cap was missing from the heat exchanger. That company also pressed us to buy a furnace with them immediately. Mark did a full inspection and said our furnace is fine with the exception of a little dust. Mark was very thoughtful, honest, and genuine. I did not get that feeling from the other company&apos

Tim contacted me to let me know he could come early if it worked for me and it did.
Very professional.
Did a multipoint inspection.
Fixed the connection (signal) between my thermostat and heat to furnace.
Exactly what I needed for a fall checkup and to feel safe about using my furnace this winter.
I will definitely use again.

We have used Front Range HVAC for the last 3 years and have had great service and the pricing has been great, especially compared to others. When we first moved here 4 years ago, we got ripped off by another company. Since I've been using Front Range HVAC, I have had no issues and they have always been very responsive. I have had my furnace and AC replaced and they have been great to work with. I'm thankful to find a HVAC company I can trust. In addition, they communicate way more often than any service company we have ever worked with. It's great to have all the communication and

Very efficient, prompt, and courteous! They also send text updates with the tech's eta and when he is on-the-way so you're not left wondering the status of your appointment. Front Range's pricing was also extremely fair and reasonable. Our tech also put on "booties" over his shoes and laid a front mat at the doorway. Tim was our tech and got our a/c back running in no time! Thank you Front Range - we highly recommend you and appreciated the great customer service!

Buyer beware. These guys have completely frustrated me, and I wouldn't waste a penny using Front Range HVAC.

Back in August (no, not July, Jeremy) due to my own neglect of our a/c and heating system, I found a bunch of water in the bottom of our furnace. I called Front Range HVAC, largely because they were small and local - gotta support the small local places, right? The tech came out, and informed us we needed a new a/c unit outside as well as a new furnace. As long as we were replacing the furnace and a/c, we decided to upgrade to high efficiency units. At the point we were discussing

Buyer beware. I hired Front Range to perform a cleaning and service on our seven year old furnace. After nearly two and a half hours of work the tech informed me that I had a "serious problem" with our furnace and then disconnected the entire unit, unplugged the thermostat, and informed me that it could not be used again and needed to be replaced as it was malfunctioning and had been installed incorrectly. The quote for a new furnace was nearly double what it should have been. A second (and third and fourth) opinion later and I learned that not only is our furnace fine and functioning

Wow.. I do not enjoy hurting others' businesses but, based on my experience, I have to write this review and stop others from a scam. This is my FIRST online review ever because it makes me so mad. To make a long story short, what was quoted on a sale at $89 became $150 AFTER the work was performed., even tho I clearly warned him to bring a high ladder to get on the roof to get to the air conditioner.. I specifically asked for it to be Spring cleaned and turned back on for the hot months ahead. The only positive thing I can say is, after calling the office, it was changed back to $89 since

I am a realtor and listened to a presentation by this company at our real estate firm regarding obtaining "Certification" for the heating and cooling unit for our clients who were possibly looking to sell their homes. I decided to personally give them a try and scheduled with them right at the meeting as I was planning on putting my home on the market. This was scheduled on 6/15/16 and they were booked out until 7/5/16 and I was given a time frame between 10 - noon. I stayed home this day to take care of this appointment. I thought it was strange that I did not get a confirmation
