They were very nice in helping me setup my rental, and even helped me make sure I got the best deal. As a college student, that was super nice of them to help make sure I wasn't over paying. When I moved into my new house, they were very helpful at helping me close my agreement and I was able to follow instructions.

When I called Easy Storage two weeks prior to my moving date they said they would reserve a unit for me and to just call the day of to make a payment. I said I wanted to pay for it when I called them the first time they said they I shouldn’t because then they would start charging me right away, it would be better if I called the day of. Two weeks later when I called they said they didn’t have any available units... on my moving day... as I am loading up my moving truck. Do not give them your business, I would not recommend them to anyone. 👎🏻

I had a super experience from start to finish and the price is very reasonable. I can't remember names but the gentleman I spoke to to start the rental was very professional and prompt. The end process was also very simple and was able to do everything on line. The woman employee for the end of rental was just as professional and prompt. Thank you
