This place is awesome, we needed a place quickly and they worked hard and quickly, we was so very happy they worked so hard to help us. well we have been there for awhile now and due to some unfortunate things been late a couple times on rent i called and talk to Audrianna and she was so very nice and helped me out, there has been several or maybe more than several times ive talk to her about different things and she has just been the most awesome lady, quick to try and help me out,very friendly, never rude, carry on a conversation as if she knew you..... All in all i have to say Audrianna is TOTALLY

I was looking to find a convenient storage unit in the Ogden area with 24 hour access. A tall order I know! Jami took my initial call and sold me from the start! I was calling on another property they manage but Jami suggested Mike’s location may suit my needs better. It’s hard enough trying to find an available storage unit that has any availability, let alone 24 hr access! But Jami came through in grand fashion! These people are on top of there game, I have rented a unit here for a couple years and this crew goes out of there way to make sure your things are secure, even when i forgot to put the lock on my unit they was on top of things and put one on for me to make sure my contense was safe.
And customer service is top notch with Audrianna. Quick and helpful to resolve any issues that may arise. Communication is everything. She is the best ever at customer service!

I have to say that the customer service is excellent! I had a bad month and got behind on my payment and they waived my late fee a nd worked with me on the payment. I don't know any other storage companies that would do that Truely genuine people! Great place to get your storage unit! Won't find another storage place as great! I have had several and these guys are the best hands down.

I live overseas and was storing my vehicle there. After a friend moved the car out for me and accidentally left the lock on the unit, I was unable to contact anyone to assist me. No one ever answered when I had the opportunity to call the US from where I am and no one is responding to my emails. They’ve invoiced me for 3 lock cuts (how is that even possible) and still refuse to respond to my emails. My bills with them are stacking up and there’s seemingly nothing I can do about it. I highly suggest NOT using this place. They were just bought by some company too so it’s probably going to be

I was interested in renting a unit so I showed up and called to peek at a unit. Lady shows up, I see unit (200) and decide I want it. We go to the office (storage unit) and I walk in to office area by computer to provide info to get unit. Meanwhile at the computer I’m looking at the desk and see at least 3 business cards for Ogden police showing case numbers which made me believe that the units are broken into frequently. The lady has a book with all the entry passcodes for all the tenants and has it open for anyone to see and take the data. I was trying to pay cash and thank goodness they can’t
