I contacted Mason several weeks ago, and at that time all of the types of storage units that I needed were all previously rented out. It was great working with Burton Lane storage. Check in and check out was quick and smooth and easy. I was able to access my unit anytime I needed it. However for a few times the system was down. Sometimes the gate was just open. The lanes were always clean and my unit was dry. The office staff were hard to get a hold of, and slow to return my call, but we’re very helpful when I did reach the staff. The staff gave clear instructions and helpful information. I would suggest to just call the number until you get in touch with someone or go in person, because I never did get a response by email

Although we have not parked our 39’ Motorhome yet we will soon. While on a waiting list to get a spot , Mason has been so helpful and informative these past few weeks. We look forward to storing unit there soon with the new stalls they have added. Dan
We’ve stored our Motorhome there for about 4 months and everything has been great, especially with the new larger stalls. If our new home isn’t completed on time I won’t hesitate to use Burton again assuming they have an opening for us. Dan

When I’ve gone in to pay my rent the property manager always has Netflix on with his feet up watching a movie or a show and sometimes when I come in to check on my unit he is asleep in his chair when I’ve peaked through the window a couple times before just walking in he is super nice but he could pay more attention to stuff around him at work.

Rent suddenly increased from $95 to $140 shortly after moving in. I understand that rents typically increase over time but I have never seen an increase like this in a few months. Something to consider before going with Burton Lane Storage. I don’t know if this is their strategy but it seems dishonest and worth noting.
