During her many years of creating interiors for her clients, she has developed a unique style, blending contemporary and classical elements. Growing up, my mother had every interior design and fashion magazine possible around the house. I spent countless hours perusing through these periodicals.
Little did I know then, that I was absorbing furniture and accessory placement, color synthesis, texture, line and how they all come together to form a unified and fabulous look.We are all strongly affected by our surroundings whether we are aware of it or not. I believe the success of each designed space is important because it strongly affects one's happiness, productivity, and sense of fulfillment.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Susan. I am of simple design taste so often need to be pushed out of my, sometimes boring, comfort zone. Susan did just that. She pushed me but not too far. She listened carefully and appreciated my simple taste. She has an incredible knack of knowing what her customers want even if they don't!

Susan saved us from some costly paint color choices when we started redecorating our new lake home in late 2015/early 2016. We like Room and Board and though their recommended palette family included only a few shades she spotted the nuances right away and steered us to other choices. Good thing we listened as we used the colors throughout our 3 level/4 bedroom house including all the kitchen cabinets plus the fireplace brick. My advice: don't think gray is "just" gray...or khaki is "just" khaki. Thanks Susan for the excellent advice!!
