Brent (The owner) and his guys do the best work i have seen. My house looks better than it did when we moved in and it was brand new at the time. He's honest and keeps you up to date and if they make a mistake they own up to it. They accidentally broke a picture frame and I was notified immediately and told they would replace it. Most companies now a days do not have that honesty. I am honestly very impressed by this company and I would recommend them to everyone. I am in awe over the work they did!!!!

We recently purchased a new home and some warranty work needed to be done that required multiple rooms of our house to be moved out to a storage POD. Our builder hired Courtesy Restoration to help with the job. We were so impressed with their friendly attitude, their attention to detail and work ethic during that job that we hired them for a separate, side job when our warranty work was complete. Our company also located in Vancouver, WA Gayles Investments L.L.C construction had the opportunity to work for Courtesy Restoration Inc on a water damaged house where header beams holding up a 3-story home were replaced, also the plywood around the windows (16) were replaced and the entire southside of the home (860 sq ft) of cedar log siding had to be replaced. It was an extensive job but Courtesy Restoration Inc trusted in us and We appreciated working for them. All around great company.

Poor service, taking 5 times as long to complete the job as I was originally told and sending out subcontractors that walked off the job is just part of why I have given the lowest rating. My job was a few small repairs mostly caused by a burst water pipe. Courtesy Restoration had been recommended by my Serve Pro people that came in pulled out the wet carpets, dry wall and insulation. Scott at Courtesy said this should take a few weeks and it ended up taking months. I hadto take days of work to be there for the subcontractors that would show up hours later than scheduled and often leave before
