Probably the best experience we've ever had with a service company across any industry. Zachary took the time to educate us, explaining things in great detail...options, recommendations, plan of attack, what to worry about and what not to worry about.
He is extremely professional, prompt, and timely with followups to phone calls and emails. His empathy for us and our situation was clear in his actions and communications.
Most importantly, his work is top notch! Our public adjustor literally said it was the best work he'd ever seen.

I met Zachary Johnson thru the BNI networking group over a year ago. I emailed him with a water leak/mold question for my ADU on a Sunday afternoon. He called me back that afternoon and offered to come down to look at my ADU to help me trouble shoot the situation before I started tearing out sheet rock. With his equipment he was able to identify exactly where the leak was and explained the necessary steps necessary to move forward. He proved the former contractors theory of where the water leakage originated false in about 5 minutes and proceeded to helped me determine exactly where the leak came

I had a strong odor of mold in my house, and was told by a couple of contractors that I needed very expensive remediation in my crawlspace. I was impressed by Reclaim's experience and reviews, and called them for another opinion. Zach came out to take a look, and found that my crawlspace was fine, and the smell was probably coming from my front-loading washer. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he spent considerable time educating me about mold, and really set my mind at ease. The owner, Zach, came out ASAP for two different courtesy inspections, and helped us navigate repair options without expectation of contracting with his company. He was up front about what needed to be done without selling us gimmicks, and gave lots of good information about mold and keeping my family safe.
We were so impressed, we hired his company for work in our kitchen after a water valve leaked. He’s very thorough in explaining the work done, and was able to offer assistance when our insurance adjuster needed information for our claim.
