I think the only way this Servpro can help itself is to fire everyone and start over I recently had a flood and they are the worst people I've ever dealt with in my life I can say my house flooded 15 years ago and they were wonderful but this time it's completely different people they don't know what they're doing three months of went by I have a… huge hole in my floor no carpet they put my laundry in with my carpet pad it molded they did not send it to a professional laundry service like they did previously they washed it in water with no soap and no softener and brought it back they put
