I called yesterday afternoon looking for an appointment to repair my Bosch dishwasher. I was able to get the earliest appointment this morning between 9:30-10:30.
The technicians arrived at 9:33; prompt. They were able to repair and fix the issue with my dishwasher.
I definitely recommend this company and will contact them for any future repairs of our other appliances.

I highly recommend these guys. They are great communicators, prompt arrival to appointment, respectful of covid protocol, masks were on throughout appointment, smart and knowledgeable, gave great information to help keep our appliances lasting as long as possible. They quoted me over the phone and that's exactly what they charged. I'm really glad to have found them. I will call them for all my appliance repairs.

My Samsung side by side freezer stoped freezing.
The team that showed up were Samsung qualified. Plus, both were engineers. After removing the inside back of the freezer I was presented with an honest diagnosis.
