We had a problem with our oven and had Caesar's and another company come out to give us an estimate for repair. Caesar's estimate for the part and the repair was more than 50% less compared to the other company. Everything connected to the repair was great: setting up the appointment, being prompt for the appointment and friendly repair person. Won't bother with getting estimates from anyone else in the future! Caesar's is it!

Run in opposite direction - they will charge you through the roof. Can't trust them at all.
Our dryer stopped working and we called Caesar for service. They said there will be $95 for service call to come out check the dryer - we agreed. A gentlemen came by and looked at the machine for less than 90 seconds (so literally no opening of any machine parts but buttons and door - which is okay). But next he wrote an estimate for $530+ dollars where $95 would be deducted from service call. The issue listed was Dryer pulley/motor set and belt replacement. Plus we were also told another $150 will

My built-in Miele coffee machine was broken, and my technician, Jay, was able to diagnose the problem efficiently and accurately. He was the best serviceman I’ve ever had for any appliance….efficient, polite and clearly extremely knowledgable. He even took a very quick look at another broken appliance (a washing machine) for me and let me know how to proceed, and he was completely right about that one too. Next time I won’t waste my time calling anyone else. Caesar’s (whom I’d never heard of before this) will get all of my business going forward. I highly recommend.

Every time we've had an occasion to utilize this provider's services, we have always been extremely impressed.
On the most recent occasion, our dishwasher was spilling water all over the kitchen floor. Jose of Caesar's was on time, was polite and professional and while I excused myself to finish my Cheerios, he had the appliance fixed within 45 minutes and reviewed with me the reason for the overflow onto my kitchen floor and shared how to keep "the flood" from happening again.

Called about washer not filling with water.
Explained that I set the water level too high for a small load. I reset the level after it was already too high. After that it wouldn't fill again.
Serviceman looked it over and said I need a new circuit board. Everything would cost almost as much as new washer.
I just paid for the service call.
After he left it tried the washer. It works fine and working for a month, no new parts installed.
I just had my dryer serviced. See my comment for Express Appliance.

My built-in Bosch microwave/convection oven started sparking around the edge of the turntable dish. So I looked online and delivery dates were 2-3 weeks out for a replacement turntable plate with rollers. I called this store and they said they can have the replacement part to me by next day for pickup. So I went in to pay eventhough they could take my order over the phone to see if they had a similar replacement. I have never been treated so well. This place is amazing. I called and asked about discounted washers and was told that they had one. Well, guess what. It was an 800 dollar machine and it is brand new for half the cost. Carlos and Roger came out the next day after my purchase. John told me exactly what to expect. They went over and above. I highly recommend this place. They are people. Not just a business.

Don't make my mistake and call anyone else! I waited for another appliance repair company appointment only to have them cancel on me, without explanation or appology. My Cesar's repair person was amazing! Friendly, professional, even explained what happened, fixed it in 15 minutes and was happy and positive the whole time. 10/10 100% happy--

We are currently renting a condo and our refrigerator finally stopped cooling (it was manufactured in 2007 so I was surprised it lasted this long). Our landlord ordered a new refrigerator and was suppose to be delivered on Friday after 4 pm with a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Well, no phone call after 8 pm. Tony came out on a Friday to troubleshoot a GE oven that stopped working. He was able to determine what the problem was very quickly. Said he would order the part, and would come back as soon as the part came in. Turn around time was estimated to be about a week. I got a call on the following Tuesday to say that the part had come in and that he would come and install it the following day (much quicker than the week turn around time). Tony was simply the best - he was on time, friendly professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks, Tony - very much appreciated.

This place has a bunch of nice appliances in house. I bought a brand new washing machine from them. I did not purchase any warranty however I had an issue with the unit at install and no questions asked they showed up within a day of my concern to correct the issue.
Jay was my technician and he was friendly, professional, informative and he resolved the issue within 5 minutes.
I'll gladly buy from Caesars again in the future and trust their customer service and willingness to work with their customers. That's why they've been in business so long.

I was impressed with the customer service and help I got here. I just moved into my place and needed appliances asap. I bought a fridge, washer, and dishwasher here. 2 of the 3 had a couple of small dents but were new and that didn't bother me and it was nice to save 15-25% off MSRP. The manager was also nice and accomodating and we chatted about our chase reserve cards for a bit and getting points.

Anthony is simply the best... I had a dish washer that was not draining and he quickly discovered the drain motor had been clogged with screws that had fallen out of a poor installation process that had allowed then to come loose. He worked hard for over an hour in a very tight space and found a way to clear the mess and get the motor running.
I highly recommend him to you!

I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CEASAR'S APPLIANCE INFORMING ME THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY. It took them a while, they are likely very busy, but they came through like professionals. I am satisfied with this outcome and have given them more stars.

My 3 year old Samsung dryer powered up but didn't spin. I called looking for guidance and found it. Steve was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue over the phone! What a pro! I can't say enough about his exemplary customer service. The team at Caesars is amazing. I came to the store, picked up a new pulley, and was on my way promptly. They saved me hundreds of dollars. Literally. After installing them, my dryer works like a champ again. I am happy that there are still places out there looking to put customers over
