Amazing place. Good selection of gas logs sets and accessories and tons of doors to choose from! Good, honest people and fair pricing. I have been in here multiple times in the last couple weeks (so much so, that I may as well get a job here š
) asking a number of questions, and Alex was extremely patient and helpful in answering them all. I finally ordered my new gas logs the other day and can't wait for them to come in. These guys definitely have a new customer for life!

These guys are awesome. I had a Louisiana Championship Grill and I was not sure if anyone would be able to repair my pellet smoker. Reason being, due to an internal fire, I thought I may have lost my favorite girl/grill for ever. These guys quickly repaired my grill, put on new coaster wheels, repaired my handles, and gave her a fresh coat of paint. These guys charged me a fraction of what I thought it would cost. Most important, they went above and beyond to help me out. You will forever have my support and business.

Wow š¤©! This company is absolutely amazing! They have the best customer service. Alex was extremely friendly and accommodating. Josh came out so quickly to address my fireplace concern. He was so professional and even caught an issue I didnāt know I had. What an honest man! I am thoroughly impressed! Anyone who chooses this company is in excellent hands! Can't even begin to express my gratitude in working with Alex! I made a post in our community Facebook page looking for a company to come service our gas fireplace. Not only was Heat & Sweep recommended, but Alex a manager commented providing their service fee information and offering his help since they're extremely backed up currently due to the season. So I sent over an email with pictures and we spoke a few times on the phone and he was able to thoroughly explain how to take apart my fireplace and where to clean certain things. Had some issues with my old gas fireplace so they sent over Josh who not only fixed all my issues but re-did the aesthetics and now my fireplace looks brand new. They are competent and friendly and would definitely recommend. Great to see small business thrive in these trying times...keep up the good work@
