Ryan was able to take our thoughts of what we wanted our dream home to be and put that into realistic drawings. We were building the home ourselves and knew what our floor plan would be, but struggled with how to put it altogether. Ryan did that for us and was extremely patient in listening to both of our opinions and wishes for what we wanted. We truly do have our dream home now!

This was our second time building and first time using Ryan and 42 North Architecture + Design. If the opportunity presents itself in the future, we wouldn't hesitate for a moment to include them. Our experience has been 5 STARS all the way around! The skill, professionalism, passion and genuine care for their clients and the project is evident in every interaction. Something we share with everyone when they visit our home and when we refer 42 North to others is that Ryan was really able to optimize the location of our house on the property, giving us the best views! We came to 42 North with a pretty good idea of what we thought we wanted our new home to be but they were able to take our design to the next level and help us make our dreams a reality! Ryan and Travis were amazing to work with and we really enjoyed every interaction with them. It's a great feeling to be in our new home and think about all the amazing people we worked with along the way to make it happen and 42 North is at the top of that list!

This is our second time building a home but our first time using 42 North. The overall design of our current home certainly exceeded our expectations. We love the layout of our home and it fits the needs of our family perfectly. Our house was featured in the Parade of Homes and the feedback we received from that was very complimentary. 42 North also went above and beyond by making it out to the construction site regularly to help oversee the build process while providing us with invaluable input.
