Mark has made my whole hearing aid experience pleasant. I went to him really suffering with tinitus. He very calmly and professionally explained to me how he would test my hearing and evaluate my needs. I had no idea that I had hearing loss as well as tinitus. Finding the right hearing aids is not easy. But, Mark Stevenson at American Family Hearing Aid Centers in Marietta makes it easy. He is professional and personable, offering initial testing and continuous follow-up care. I have been extremely pleased with his help in selecting and servicing my hearing aids. Also, his assistant Anita is both friendly and helpful. If Mark isn't in the office she has always offered assistance that has been helpful.

I’ve had my hearing aids over 1 year and continue to get excellent service from Mark, who obviously loves what he’s doing. He cleans them and makes any adjustments needed long after they’ve been paid for. The time he took to explain everything was amazing. I learned a lot about the hearing loss process. With so many different brands and the expense involved it’s essential to have good service and I really feel like I’ve gotten what I paid for.
