I'm a Realtor representing a buyer currently under contract on a home. Inspection was done but sewer needed to be cleaned and reinspected. Spoke with Geoff a week ago as he came recommended by the inspector. He asked me to send him the info regarding the property via text and he would get us on the calendar. I have sent two texts now with zero response. Reached out to someone else who was very responsive and is going to complete the work next week. Let our inspector know that he shouldn't be recommending this company to real estate agents as we typically have contractual deadlines to

Geoff did a GREAT job locating our sewer line in the basement. We had him out to scope the line and locate the main line prior to breaking up concrete while finishing out our basement. Proceed with absolute caution. I bought a house for my elderly mother, who I care for, and myself that I would have never bought had the sewer scope been done correctly. Water was not run through the pipes during the scope which would have detected the lack of pitch that caused three sewage backups into my new home, three weeks after we moved in.
Two problems that were diagnosed turned out to be non existent problems discovered after excavation of my driveway, of which they marked two feet off.

Would NOT recommend - incompetent plumber cost us $$$.
Inspector used this plumbing company to inspect our sewer pipes as part of the inspection to sell our house. The plumber claimed a portion of our ABS pipe had line build up and possible root intrusion because he could not get around the 90-degree angle pipes and recommended line clean out and reinspection. Also left pipes unsealed and started having water leakage, came back resealed with lots of toilet wax, and still was leaking when the 2nd plumber came to inspect. We have had NO symptoms of sewer backups, so hired another competent plumber
