Trevor was on time, very informative and he spent a lot of time, answering my questions on a diagnostic appointment...what was priority and what things I needed to do at "my own speed". He fixed my top issue at that appointment. Denise was super helpful, as I had talked to her a year prior and kept their number because of her friendliness and expertise in answering my questions. Excellent customer service and highly recommended. I will use Bel-Red again.

Called them on a Saturday at 11am. The guy answers the phone with a "hello". Not even saying the company name; then he tells me he isn't working today. I ask if this is Bel-Red plumbing and the hours today are posted as 6:00 am - 8:00 pm. He said "sorry, I'm not working today". How do you run a company like that?

Needed to replumb galvanized and water main.
- Communication: Great, Hamid the owner was very professional and efficient w his communication, explanation and scope of work.
- Results: Wonderful, clean lines and minimized demo made for a nice finished product.

I called Bel-Red looking for help installing a utility sink / water, drain lines. Hammid, was able to come out and consult the same day I called. He was able to take care of install within 48 hours of consult.
Hammid had great workmanship and was pleasant to work with.
Overall I would use Bel-Red again.

As a side not he also recommended Element Northwest for electrical, and they were a great find!
