After this deep freeze thaw we had water pouring out of the house. I called three plumbers who were unable to come to even check it out for a week! Shamim was willing to come within a couple hours to at least evaluate it. He also had to traverse our very steep icy hill to get here. After he turned the water back on it was discovered to be a simple fix. So grateful to him for taking care of the problem and then he didn’t even charge us for the call! He is my go to plumber now and I will definitely recommend him if you are in need!

Shamin at Kirkland Rooter, is amazing! He came to our managed house in 30 minutes after getting calls, quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it! He is very professional, explain issues to us and suggest next step to prevent the issues! His charge is very reasonable! He came out at night under big snow, and extreamly cold weather, just for that, if he charge a higher fee, I would not complain, but instead, he charged less than he quoted before he set off, I am very impressed! I will recommend him to anyone who looking for a plumber! And will put him in our top preferred vender list!

Shamim was referred to me by he friends who have used his services multiple times. I called him and schedule time for the next day. He came right on time as communicated and fixed the vanity sink leak within 30 minutes. Also advised on how can we setup fan and use bleach to make sure there is no Mold and bathroom is safe to use for our little kids.

My toilet was leaking and had come through the ceiling below so needed a plumber ASAP. Kirkland rooter said they'd have someone come out same day. When the plumber arrived he said there was a crack in the tank and I'd unfortunately need a new toilet and it would be $700 plus fee for a new water line and fee for removal. I thought that was too much so he offered me a cheaper toilet to bring it to around $500 and he could have someone return a few days later to install. Wow. A broken faucet handle that would lead to making a hole in the wall and replacing the old plumbing for the bath shower. Of course a big unexpected expense couldn't have come at a worse time. Enter the hero of this tale: Kirkland Rooter. He came back a second time to "try" another solution and although it may not be permanent, it worked!!! Big sigh of relief and hats off to a great plumber who cared about problem solving and helping. Highly recommended.

Our experience with Shamim was excellent. He did the plumbing for our entire house and was available even on our short notice. Also, when we had issues getting the right height for the pipe on our new shower head, he was more than willing to return and alter the height to the perfect placement we needed (at no extra charge)!

My bathroom sink got clogged, from Yelp, Shamin contacted us at earliest。
The problem is tricky, seems clogged pipe is very deep, Shamin did pretty good job got it cleaned up.
Shamin respond quickly and fix quickly，and with fare price.
Moreover his service with good warranty: if clogged reoccurred within 6 months, he will give back the payment as credit when need deeper works.
I worked with several plumbers, Shamin by far is the best and most accountable.
I am happy with his service.
