We tried to use Eric D plumbing but he said that they would not work if it had snowed. He said that he had liability to take his truck out and didn't want a possible accident. I am frustrated, I understand being swamped with work but the greater Seattle area now has snow every year for a week or two. Plumbing is an essential service so why no work if it snows? In fact, that's when plumbers are needed the most due to frozen pipes. I'm not talking a blizzard but only about 1 inch of snow. That's what winter snow tires are for. It would be like the police or firefighters

Great from start to finish. Excellent communication. Very flexible to work with my schedule. I had three toilets (two very old ones) to be replaced. They arrived right when Erik said they would. They had all the work done in less than 2.5 hours. Took all the old toilets and everything with them as well as all the cardboard from the new toilets. They were friendly and were happy to let my dog wander around and check on them so that she felt good about them being there and I didn't have to lock her in a room for hours. Charged a very fair price. Would definitely use this business again

This service was recommended to us through community members who also worked with Erik. Erik & his team performed extensive plumbing remodeling for us which included adding a new bathroom to our basement & two upstairs bathroom remodels. Things went mostly smoothly, though, there were a few minor issues that cropped up (as I'm sure is normal for such extensive plumbing work); Erik & his team took care of any problems promptly. We hired Erik to investigate and repair a couple of leaks (one with water spots on the garage ceiling; another in the water heater). He was able to diagnose both issues immediately (leaky toilet; failed soldering in a pipe joint) and fixed both issues in under an hour. Honest and professional -- would highly recommend.

Fast service and fair pricing! Our garbage disposal died and needed to be replaced, and these guys had it done in less than half an hour. Also had them look at an outdoor faucet that kept leaking on me, and they had that diagnosed and fixed in a jiffy. Couldn't find anything else for them to do, so they were in an out in 45 minutes. Will make sure I have a longer list of issues next time since they charge a minimum of one hour, but will definitely call them in the future.

I was convinced there was water dripping inside the wall of my bathroom. Water on, water off, then the sound of drip, drip, drip. So I called Erik D Plumber, and explained my concern. Erik tried to let me not spend my money. Offered his explanation (Only happens when the hot water runs? Sounds just like drip, drip, drip? No leak. Expanding pipe against wood.) I allowed as how I was willing to have him come anyway, just for my peace of mind. He did, and he was right. Erik advised on a couple of other items, and did some extra work on my dishwasher as well. All-in-all, money well spent.
